One Beach Street Vallarta (formerly known as the Blue Seas Resort and Playa del Sol) is one of the newer condominium complexes on Los Muertos beach, with three buildings. The largest is the oceanfront Tower A, with seven stories and thirty-one beachfront units. Tower B is ocean-side with partial beach and Bay views, and Tower C is located along Amapas Street, with only street views. All vacation rentals here are one and two bedrooms, with the exception of the luxurious three bedroom penthouse.

Condo amenities: Elevator, reception desk, air conditioning, ceiling fans, equipped kitchen, cable television, wireless internet, 24 hour security and a large ocean-front heated dipping pool and sundeck terrace with beach views. Maid service is usually one (1) time per seven (7) day rental, and additional service may be requested for approximately $25.00 USD. In front of the One Beach Street condominium building is the newly renovated bar and restaurant, the Sapphire Ocean Club.

The condo building is located in the same block as the internationally famous Blue and Green Chairs of the gay beach, and is a short walk to all nearby shops, fine restaurants and a vibrant gay nightlife with its variety of bars, clubs, lounges and fun Mexican cantinas. It's also only a 10-15 minute stroll through scenic Old Town to the pedestrian bridge across the Cuale River and then into downtown Vallarta with its lively art galleries, dining spots, tourist attractions and entertainment venues.

Please Note: There is a $200 USD refundable security deposit required for all One Beach Street units, to be sent with the final payment, which I hold for my clients in case of any breakage or damages and then send back within 7-10 days of the client's departure.
 

Three Bedroom Luxury Penthouse - Spectacular seventh floor three bedroom, three and a half baths, 3,000 sq. ft. penthouse condo with terrific views. Two bedrooms with king, and one guest with queen bedding. Two Bedroom Luxury Penthouse - Luxurious seventh floor two bedroom, two and a half baths, 2,700 square foot penthouse condo with lovely views of the Bay. The bedrooms each have king bed and private bath; one king may be made into two singles. The very nicely appointed unit has a spacious living and dining area, high ceilings, cable TV, DVD and CD player, jacuzzi, telephone, overhead fans and air conditioning. The modern and fully equipped kitchen includes coffee maker, microwave, blender, dishwasher, purified water system and a washer and dryer. Upscale, with stunning views from the full wrap around balconies. This lovely condo accommodates up to four guests.

One Bedroom Condos - One bedroom with a queen bed and full-sized hide-a-bed couch in the living room allows accommodations for up to four persons. Most balconies with beautiful beach and bay view. One bath, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, blender and toaster, washer/dryer, cable television with VCR, air conditioning, ceiling fans, telephone. Approximately 680 square feet.

Two Bedroom Condos - Two bedroom, the master bedroom with a queen (Junior two bedroom with 1,130 sq. ft) or king bed (Master 2 bedroom condos with 1647 sq. ft. and wrap around balcony) and the back bedroom with two twins, and a full-sized hide-a-bed couch in the living room allows accommodations for up to six persons.  Most balconies with beautiful beach and bay view.  Two baths, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, blender and toaster, washer/dryer, cable television with VCR, air conditioning, ceiling fans, telephone.
