PDS-20-A  Los Muertos beach Condo - Second floor oceanfront condo unit in one of the newer condominium buildings on Los Muertos built in 1998 and with a total of sixty-three units in 3 buildings.

The One Beach Street Vallarta 200-A vacation rental condo is in the beach-front Tower A along with some their other units on seven floors. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, private bath, equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, bottled water, cable TV, air conditioning, ceiling fans, linens and towels. Partial beach and Banderas Bay views from the balcony of this modestly appointed apartment. Maid service is two times (twice) per week and extra service can be requested for an additional charge. Kids allowed, there are no pets permitted. Rental unit is approximately 60 square meters or 645 square feet.

Condo building features: Elevator, reception desk, security gate, an ocean-front common area heated dipping pool and sundeck terrace area for relaxing, 24/7 security, an exercise room-gym, wireless internet in the common areas of the complex, and the upscale restaurant and bar El Lido Beach Club. Internet service may be available for an extra charge and this can be done directly with the reception desk; client must have a laptop.

There are sixty-three condo units total in the three buildings of One Beach Street Vallarta (formerly known as the Playa del Sol and then the Blue Seas Resort): Tower A is ocean-front with bay view, Tower B is ocean-side with partial ocean-view, and the Tower C faces street-side on Amapas street and has no bay or ocean views.

Short walk or taxi to the many South Side sidewalk cafes, world-class restaurants, and the thrilling Vallarta gay night clubs with their superior variety of bars, Mexican cantinas, discos and lounges. PDS building is in the same block as the perennially popular Blue & Green chairs of the gay beach. It's a pleasant 10-12 minute or so stroll along Los Muertos beach or Olas Altas street to the pedestrian bridge across the lovely Cuale River and you are then into the main downtown malecon area with its many tourist activities, shops and inviting cultural events and art galleries.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $139 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $105.00 per night. Holiday weeks of Christmas and New Years, please inquire. Three (3) nights minimum except holidays with a minimum of seven (7) nights.
