PDS-604-A   Los Muertos beach Condo - 6th floor oceanfront 2 bedroom condominium in one of the newer buildings on Los Muertos beach in Old Town.

The One Beach Street Vallarta 604-A condo rental is in the oceanfront Tower A along with 31 other units on seven floors. There are two bedrooms, the master with a queen and the guest bedroom with two single beds, two private baths, equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, microwave, full-size refrigerator, blender and toaster, coffee maker, bottled water along with cookware, utensils and table settings, linens and towels.

This affordable and lovely vacation rental of 1,290 square feet (120 sq. meters) also has cable television, wireless internet, ceiling fans and air conditioning in the bedrooms. There is a safe and a washer/dryer in this rental unit. From the large wrap-around balcony you'll come to enjoy the superb Los Muertos beach and Banderas Bay views, where you can sit and watch all the activity along Los Muertos beach, or look north along the coast to Punta de Mita or south to Cabo Corrientes.

Maid service is one time per seven (7) day rental and for an extra fee additional service may be available. Non-smoking; pets are not allowed; children are ok. Sleeps up to four (4) guests maximum.

There are sixty-three apartment units total in the three buildings of One Beach Street Vallarta (formerly known as the Playa del Sol and then the Blue Seas Resort), Tower A is oceanfront with bay views; Tower B is ocean-side with partial ocean view; and Tower C is street side with no ocean view. The properties in Tower A are located directly on the beach and the normal noise and activities are associated with units on the beach are to be expected.

Condominium building features: Security gate, ocean-front common area heated dipping pool and sun deck terrace, equipped gym-exercise room, reception desk and 24 hour security, elevator, wireless internet in the common areas, and the recently remodeled upscale beachfront restaurant and bar Sapphire Ocean Club. Street parking is available.

Short walk or taxi to the many South Side fine dining spots, relaxing sidewalk cafes, and the high-spirited gay nightlife with its marvelous variety of piano and show bars, gay nightclubs and Mexican cantinas such as Paco's Ranch and La Noche. The One Beach Street Vallarta building is in the same city block as the world-famous Blue Chairs of the ever popular gay beach.

A 10-12 minute or so stroll along Los Muertos beach or along Olas Altas street through Old Town will get you to the pedestrian bridge across the scenic tropical Cuale River and then you are into Puerto Vallarta's downtown with its tourist attractions, unique shops, interesting art galleries and the many fine public artworks displayed along the renovated mile-long Malecon boardwalk. 

Note: There is a $200 USD refundable security deposit required for all One Beach Street Vallarta units, to be sent with the final payment, which I hold for my clients in case of any breakage or damages, and send back within 7-10 days of the client's departure.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 20 and Jan 5-Apr 30, $210 per night, except holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $169 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 21-Jan 4 and Easter week, $260 per night. There's a three (3) nights minimum except holiday weeks with seven (7) nights minimum. (Prices in US dollars include taxes and are as of February 2019.
