The One Beach Street Vallarta 605-B vacation rental is in the sea-side Tower B along with 24 other units on seven floors. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, private bath, equipped kitchen with cooktop, toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave, oven, full-size refrigerator and bottled water along with cookware, utensils and table settings.

This economical holiday rental condominium of approximately 645 square feet or 60 square meters also has cable TV, air conditioning and ceiling fans, linens and towels. Partial beach and Banderas Bay views from the terrace off the living room area. Maid service is scheduled once per 7 day rental, and additional service may be available for an extra fee. No smoking and no pets; children allowed. Sleeps two (2) guests maximum

Condominium building features: Security gate, elevator, gym-exercise room, a seafront common area heated dipping pool and sun deck terrace, reception desk and 24 hour security, and the upscale Sapphire waterfront restaurant and bar. Street parking available. There will be wireless internet throughout the complex starting November 2015.

There are sixty-three (63) rental units total in the 3 buildings of One Beach Street Vallarta (which was formerly known as Blue Seas Resort and the Playa del Sol): Tower A is seafront with bay view; Tower B is oceanside with partial ocean views; and Tower C is street-side with no ocean view.

Short walk or taxi to the many Old Town fine restaurants, relaxing sidewalk cafes, and the fabulous Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife with its variety of lively nightclubs, Mexican cantinas and show bars. PDS building is in the same city block as the world-famed gay beach of the Green and Blue Chairs. A relaxing 10-12 minute or so stroll along Los Muertos beach or Olas Altas street through the South Side will get you to the pedestrian bridge and across the verdant Cuale River, and then you are in downtown with its lovely attractions, unique shops, interesting art galleries and the public artworks along the mile-long Malecon or boardwalk.

Condo rates: Winter: Dec 4-Apri 30, $122 per night, except holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $99 per night; Holiday weeks Christmas-New Year, Dec 20-Jan 3 and Easter, Mar 21-Apr 4: $150 per night. Weekly rates may be available. Three (3) night minimum except for holidays which have a seven (7) nights minimum.
