PDS-32-A   Los Muertos beach Condo - Third floor ocean-front condominium in one of the newest condominium buildings (built in 2000) on Los Muertos beach in Old Town, with 31 units in the bay front Tower A.

The One Beach Street Vallarta 302-A vacation rental condo is in the beach-front Tower A along with 30 other units on seven floors. There are two bedrooms with a king bed in the master with an ensuite bath with a shower and air conditioner, two single beds in the guest bedroom, air conditioner and an ensuite bathroom. Unit with an equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, full size refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and bottled water along with cookware, utensils and table settings. Approximately 968 square feet or 90 square meters.

This vacation rental condominium also has cable television in the living room, ceiling fans and air conditioning. Quite pleasant beach and Banderas Bay views from the balcony terrace. Maid service is two (2) times per seven day rental, and additional service may be available for an extra fee. Smoking only outside. Pets are not allowed; children are ok. Sleeps up to four (4) guests maximum. You will be issued one (1) set of keys per person for the property you are visiting.

Condo building features: Security gate, elevator, gym-exercise room, ocean-front common area heated dipping pool and sun deck terrace, reception desk and 24 hour security, safe box in some units, and the upscale seaside restaurant and bar Sapphire Ocean Club. Street parking. Internet service available in the common areas.

There are 63 condo units total in the three buildings of One Beach Street Vallarta (formerly known as the Playa del Sol and then the Blue Seas Resort): Tower A is ocean-front with bay view; Tower B is ocean-side with partial views; and Tower C is street side with no ocean view.

Short walk or taxi to the many South Side fine restaurants, sidewalk cafes, and the high-energy gay nightlife with its great variety of discos, lounges, bars and Mexican cantinas. PDS building is in the same block as the Blue and Green chairs of the gay beach. A 10-12 minute or so stroll along Los Muertos beach or Olas Altas street through Old Town to the pedestrian bridge across the Cuale River and you are into the downtown malecon area with its many unique stores, tourist attractions, art works and galleries. ,

Note: There is a $200 USD refundable security deposit required for all One Beach Street Vallarta units, to be sent with the final payment, which I hold for my clients in case of any breakage or damages. I send those funds back within 7-10 days of the client's departure. Check in for all units is 3 pm and check out is 11 am.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $200 per night, except holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $159 per night; Holiday weeks of Easter, and Christmas and New Years, Dec 20-Jan 3, $250 per night. Three (3) nights minimum except holidays when there is a seven (7) nights minimum. (Tariffs as of March 2019.
