PDS-51-A  Los Muertos beach Condo - Fifth floor beachfront two bedroom condo with unobstructed views of Banderas Bay in one of the newer vacation rental buildings on Los Muertos beach with a total of 63 units in 3 buildings.

The One Beach Street Vallarta 501-A vacation property is in the oceanfront Tower A along with 30 other units on seven floors. There are two bedrooms, the master with a queen and the back bedroom with two singles, two baths, fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender and purified bottled water, air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, CD player, alarm clock, phone for local calls, iron and ironing board, linens and towels. You will also find a convenient washer and dryer. Very pleasant beach and Bay views from the balcony terrace.

Maid service is twice per week, additional service may be available for an extra fee. No smoking, please. Kids allowed, no pets. Accommodation for four (4) persons maximum. Approximately 1,000 square feet or 93 square meters.

Condo building features: Security gate, ocean-front common area heated dipping pool and sun deck terrace, gym-exercise room, elevator, reception desk and 24 hour security, wireless internet in the common areas, and the upscale restaurant and bar El Lido Beach Club. Internet service may be available for an extra charge and this can be done directly with the front desk reception for around $40 USD per week, client must have a laptop computer for this service to work. Building also with wheelchair access and parking.

There are 63 condo units total in the three buildings of One Beach Street Vallarta (formerly known as the Playa del Sol and Blue Seas Resort): Tower A is ocean-front with Bay view, Tower B is ocean-side with partial ocean-view, and Tower C is street side with street view but no ocean view.

Short walk or taxi to the many Old Town fine dining eateries and restaurants, sidewalk cafes, and the high-energy gay nightlife with its great variety of bars, discos, lounges, and Mexican cantinas. PDS building is in the same block as the Blue and Green chairs of the gay beach in Puerto Vallarta. A 10-12 minute or so stroll along Los Muertos beach or Olas Altas street to the pedestrian bridge across the Cuale River and you are into the downtown malecon & boardwalk area with its many tourist attractions, art galleries and fun shopping.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $198 per night, except holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $165 per night; Holiday weeks of Christmas and New Years, please inquire. Generally, three (3) nights minimum except holidays with seven (7) nights minimum.
