The One Beach Street Vallarta 310-C vacation rental unit is in the Tower C along with 10 other units on three floors. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, one bathroom, equipped kitchen with microwave, blender, coffee maker, cooktop, a full-size refrigerator, oven, toaster and bottled water along with utensils, cookware and table settings, linens and towels.

This condominium also has air conditioning, cable TV and several ceiling fans. From the balcony there are pleasant street and mountain views. No smoking; pets are not allowed; children ok. Maid service is one time per 7 day rental, additional service may be available for an additional fee, check at the reception. Sleeps two (2) guests maximum.

Approximately 60 square meters or 645 sq. feet in size. Just about everything you'll need for a fun-filled and enjoyable holiday in lovely Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Note: there are 30 steps to get to this apartment.

Condo building features: Security gate, elevator in the main area, an exercise-gym room, large ocean-front common area heated dipping pool and sundeck terrace area, reception desk and 24 hour security, now with wireless internet in all units, and an upscale beachfront restaurant and bar, the Sapphire Ocean Club. Street parking.

There are 63 condo units total in the three buildings of One Beach Street Vallarta (formerly known as Playa del Sol and then the Blue Seas Resort): Tower A is water-front with bay view; Tower B is ocean-side with partial ocean-view; and Tower C is street side with no ocean view.

Short walk or taxi to the many South Side sidewalk coffee shops and fine restaurants, and an entertaining gay nightlife with its variety of clubs, Mexican cantinas, martini and show bars. The One Beach Street Vallarta building is in the same block as the Blue and Green Chairs of the world-famous gay beach. Also it's a quick 10-12 minute stroll along Los Muertos beach or down Olas Altas street through Old Town to the pedestrian bridge, across the Cuale River and you are into the downtown Malecon boardwalk neighborhood with its many unique shops and dining spots, tourist attractions, public artworks and wonderful art galleries.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $110 per night, except holiday weeks; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $89 per night; Holiday: Christmas and New Years, Dec 20-Jan 3 and Easter week as well, $135 per night. Weekly rates may be available except for holidays. Three (3) nights minimum except holidays with a seven (7) night min.
