Beachfront - Condo Building Ref. ED
ED is one of the most sought after condominium buildings in Puerto Vallarta, with a total of 22 units. The El Dorado condos are one, two or three bedrooms and all are beachfront. The condo building is a short walk to all South Side gay bars, restaurants and shopping and two blocks to the gay beach. The building has an elevator, telephone service in all units, security gate and reception desk. A dipping pool and sundeck terrace with brilliant views of Banderas Bay is available for use by all clients. On the beach is the palapa-roofed El Dorado restaurant which has been one of Puerto Vallarta's favorites for well over forty years. Maid service in the condominiums is six days a week; no service Sundays and holidays. A short 2 minute stroll to the blue and green chairs of the gay beach.
Two bedroom condos are for four (4) guests maximum; one bedroom condos are for two (2) guests max; the three bedroom condo is for six (6) persons, and all have air conditioning in the bedroom/s only. All condos are non-smoking but smoking is allowed on balconies; no pets.

First level beach-front condo. Two bedrooms, master with king and
the other with two twins, two baths, cable television, VCR, stereo and
CD player, fully equipped kitchen, a/c in bedrooms, washer and dryer, spacious
living and dining area, balcony with limited ocean view. One of the more
tastefully decorated condos I've seen in Vallarta with quite a lovely collection
of Mexican handcrafts and artifacts. $100 refundable security deposit.
Winter: Nov-May, $215 per night; Holidays: Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving
and Easter weeks, $250 per night

First floor ocean-front condo - Simply furnished one bedroom with
king bed, bath with jacuzzi tub, cable television, CD-mp3 player, fully
equipped kitchen, DVD player, a/c in bedroom, living and dining area opening
onto a balcony with partial ocean view (the building's pool terrace is
in front of this condo's balcony). Approximately 900 square feet. May 1-Oct
31, $88 per night; Nov 1-Nov 19 and Jan 4 - Apr 30, $132 per night; Nov
20-Jan 3, $164 per night.

First floor ocean-front condo. Two bedrooms, master bedroom with
king bed and jacuzzi bath, the other bedroom with king and a twin and private
bath, air conditioning, cable television, stereo/CD player, VCR, fully
equipped kitchen, bar, nice living and dining area, balcony with some ocean
view. 1300 sq. ft. Four people max. Winter: Nov 16-Apr 15, $205 per
night; Summer: Apr 16-Nov 15, $140 per night; Holidays: Saturday before

29" cable television, bath with jacuzzi tub, CD stereo, overhead fans,
air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen. Living room with french type
windows that open with nice ocean view (no full balcony). Non-smokers only
please. Final payment due two months (60 days) prior to arrival.

and large closet space, the other with two queens. Two baths, very
nicely decorated with wood table and wood furnishings, air conditioning,

with marble walls and jacuzzi and a shower with a view of the Bay, cable

totally remodeled with Mexican travertine tile for the bathroom and the
floors and a view of the water from the king size bed. One of the nicer
