You will probably like to spend hours enjoying the ample sized terrace with its breathtaking views, whether enjoying an early breakfast or a late evening cocktail. The balcony has comfortable chairs for reading or relaxing aside the table with chairs and an umbrella for shade if desired, or have a dip in the large jacuzzi for soothing bubble baths to unwind from the day's activities or for more romantic moments.

The living room with its three spacious deep sofas, is perfect for an afternoon siesta, surrounding an expansive coffee table that serves perfectly as a snacks or game table, and the whole setting is accented by beautiful art work and of course the nonpareil ocean view. There's also a 60" flat screen television, Bose surround-sound stereo system, and a Blue-ray disc player. The dining room is furnished with a large designer glass top table with seating for 8 and the adjoining granite breakfast bar has seating for three.

There's a state of the art kitchen which is fully equipped, amply spacious and perfect for the gourmet cook, or a good place to gather with other guests and have a drink sitting at the bar. The granite countertops and custom-made cabinets are accented by new stainless steel appliances, which will make food prep a joy.

The master bedroom with its custom furniture features a 60-inch flat screen television, Blue-ray disc player, Bose surround sound system, and a pleasant desk with a computer and printer to accommodate penthouse guests. The bedroom opens up onto a terrace with a private sitting area looking out over much of Puerto Vallarta's famed Los Muertos beach.

The Master has a large en-suite bathroom with ocean view from the double showers, which adds a special fun feature. There are two generous and beautifully decorated Guest bedrooms with artwork, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen, and both have 40-inch televisions, Blue-ray disc players and their own en suite bath.

The building complex is located in the same block as the Blue and Green Chairs of Vallarta's world-famous gay beach, and is also a short walk to all Old Town shops, relaxing cafes and fine restaurants and the vibrant Vallarta gay nightlife with its variety of lounges, nightclubs, Mexican cantinas and show bars.

Maid service three (3) times per seven day rental. Check in at 3pm and check out at Noon. This lovely beachfront condominium accommodates up to four-six (4-6) guests maximum.

Damage Deposit: There is a $400 refundable security deposit for all clients renting this penthouse at the One Beach Street Vallarta. I hold the security deposit for my clients in case of damages or breakage beyond normal wear and tear, and then return that within 7-10 days of client's departure

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $495 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $375 per night; Holidays, Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $595 per night.
