PDS-23-A   Los Muertos beach Condo - 2nd floor waterfront 1 bedroom condominium in one of the newer condo buildings on Los Muertos in the Romantic Zone.

The One Beach Street Vallarta 203-A condo rental is in the oceanfront Tower A along with 30 other units on seven floors. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, private bath, equipped kitchen with cooktop, full-size refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender, oven and bottled water along with utensils, cookware and table settings.

This economical vacation rental condominium of approximately 645 square feet (60 square meters) also has cable TV, air conditioning and ceiling fans (and may have a washer/dryer). Some pleasing beach and Banderas Bay views from the terrace balcony where you can look south down the coast to the famous Los Arcos wildlife reserve and north to La Cruz and Punta de Mita. Maid service is one time per seven (7) day rental, and for an extra fee additional service may be available. No pets; kids are allowed. Sleeps two (2) guests maximum.

Condominium building features: Security gate, elevator, a gym-exercise room, ocean-front common area heated dipping pool and sun deck terrace, reception desk and 24 hour security. There may be wireless internet in some units and also in the common areas. The upscale Sapphire Ocean Club beachfront restaurant and bar is open for service. Street parking also available.

There are sixty-three (63) rental units total in the three buildings of One Beach Street Vallarta (which was formerly known as the Blue Seas Resort, and then before that as the Playa del Sol): Tower A is seafront with bay view; Tower B is ocean-side with partial ocean views; and Tower C is street side with no ocean view.

Short walk or taxi to the many South Side/Romantic Zone fine dining spots, relaxing sidewalk cafes, and the high-spirited Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife  with its variety of fun nightclubs, piano and show bars, and Mexican cantinas. PDS building is in the same city block as the Blue and Green Chairs of the world-famed gay beach. A 10-12 minute or so stroll along Los Muertos beach or Olas Altas street through Old Town will get you to the pedestrian bridge across the scenic Cuale River and then you are in the Vallarta downtown area with its many unique shops, tourist attractions, interesting galleries and the public artworks along the mile-long malecon.

Note: There is a $200 USD refundable security deposit required for all One Beach Street units, to be sent with the final payment, which I hold for my clients in case of any breakage or damages, and then send back within 7-10 days of the client's departure.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $143 per night, except mid-season and holidays; Mid-Season: Apr 14-28, $175 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $109 per night; Holiday weeks of Christmas and New Years, Dec 20-Jan 3, $177 per night. Weekly rates may be available except for holiday weeks. Three (3) nights minimum except holidays with seven (7) nights min. (Prices as of February 2019.
