PDS-310   Los Muertos beach Condo - Third floor street-facing apartment in one of the newest condominium buildings (built in 1998) on Los Muertos beach in Old Town, with 9 units in the street-side Tower C along Amapas street. There is no ocean view from this property, but one may enjoy the views from the common area pool and sundeck terrace area in front of beachfront Tower A.

The One Beach Street Vallarta 310-C vacation rental condo is in the Tower C along with 9 other units on three floors. There are two bedrooms with a queen bed in the master with an ensuite bath with a shower and air conditioner, two single beds in the guest bedroom, air conditioner and an ensuite bathroom and shower. Unit with an equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, full size refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and bottled water along with cookware, utensils and table settings. Note: There are some 50 steps to get to this unit.

This vacation rental condominium also has cable television, ceiling fans and air conditioning, linens and towels, wireless internet. Maid service is once or twice per seven (7) day rental, additional service for extra may be requested. Smoking only outside.; pets are not allowed; children are ok. Sleeps up to four (4) guests maximum.

Condo building features: Security gate, elevator, gym-exercise room, ocean-front common area heated dipping pool and sun deck terrace, reception desk and 24 hour security, and the upscale sea-side restaurant and bar Sapphire Beach Club. Street parking may be available.

There are 63 condo units total in the three buildings of One Beach Street (formerly known as the Playa del Sol and then the Blue Seas Resort): Tower A is ocean-front with bay view; Tower B is ocean-side with partial views; and Tower C is street-side with no ocean view.

Short walk or taxi ride to many South Side fine restaurants, relaxing coffee shops, and the high-energy gay nightlife with its great variety of discos, lounges, fun bars and Mexican cantinas. The One Beach Street Vallarta building is in the same block as the Blue Chairs of the famed gay beach in Vallarta. Or take a fine 10-12 minute stroll via Olas Altas street through Old Town to the new pedestrian bridge across the Cuale River, into the exciting downtown Malecon boardwalk area with its tourist attractions, many unique stores, public art works and galleries.

Damage Deposit: Please note that as of Jan 1, 2018 a $35.00 USD damage deposit is now mandatory for all clients renting any vacation rental units at the One Beach Street Vallarta. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happen during your stay at the property for up to $500 US dollars.

Condominum prices: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $180 per night, except holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $139 per night; Holiday weeks of Christmas and New Years, Dec 20-Jan 3 and also Easter Week, $223 per night. Three (3) nights minimum except Christmas and New Year holidays with a seven (7) night minimum. (Rates as of August 2016.
