The One Beach Street Vallarta 508 holiday rental is in the ocean-side Tower B along with some two dozen other units on seven floors. The master has a queen bed and the guest bedroom with two singles, each with private bath; an equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, as well as bottled water along with utensils, cookware and table settings.

This affordable junior suite 2-bedroom of 968 square feet or 90 square meters of living space. has the necessary amenities such as cable television, ceiling fans, air conditioning, wireless internet. Mostly street view, and with some partial beach and ocean views from the terrace balcony. Maid service is one (1) time per seven (7) day rental, and for an extra fee additional service may be available. Pets are not allowed; children ok. Sleeps up to four (4) persons maximum

There's some partial ocean and beach view, as the Tower B of the building complex is on the side street just before Los Muertos beach. Kids are ok; no pets are permitted; a non-smoking property.

Condominium complex features an elevator, security gate and reception desk, ocean-front common area heated dipping pool and sundeck terrace, 24-hour security, gym exercise room, wireless internet in units, and a beachfront bar and restaurant, the Sapphire Ocean Club. Street parking. Maid service once per seven (7) day rental, but extra service may be available for an additional charge. Four (4) guests maximum.

There are 63 apartment units total in the three buildings of One Beach Street Vallarta (formerly known as the Playa del Sol and then the Blue Seas Resort): Tower A is oceanfront with Bay view; Tower B is ocean-side with partial ocean and beach views; and Tower C is street-side with no ocean view.

Short walk or taxi to the many Romantic Zone fine restaurants, relaxing sidewalk coffee shops, and the high-spirited gay bars & clubs with their great variety of discotheques, piano bars, Mexican cantinas and lounges. One Beach Street is in the same city block as the Blue and Green Chairs of the world-famous gay beach. A short and pleasant 10-13 minute stroll along the beach or Olas Altas street through Old Town will get you to the pedestrian bridge across the scenic Cuale River and then you are in the Vallarta downtown area with its many tourist attractions, interesting art galleries and the public artworks along the scenic mile-long Malecon boardwalk.

Damage Deposit: Please note that as of Jan 1, 2018 a $35.00 USD damage deposit is now mandatory for all clients renting units at One Beach Street Vallarta. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happen during your stay at the property for up to $500.00 US dollars.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $190 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $149 per night. Holiday weeks: Christmas and New Years, Dec 20-Jan 3, and Easter week, Mar 25-Apr 8, $235 per night. A weekly rate may be available, please inquire. Three (3) nights minimum, except for a seven (7) night min during the holiday weeks. Fares in U.S. dollars include applicable taxes.
