PDS-400-A   Los Muertos beach Condo - 4th floor beachfront one bedroom condo in one of the newer condominium buildings on Los Muertos beach in Old Town, with 31 units in the ocean-front Tower A.

The One Beach Street Vallarta 400-A vacation rental condo is in the ocean-front Tower A along with 30 other units on seven floors. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, one bath, equipped kitchen with oven, full size refrigerator, cooktop, coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster and bottled water along with cookware, utensils and table settings.

This vacation rental condominium also has cable TV, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Very pleasant beach and Banderas Bay views from the balcony terrace, for relaxing and for watching the spectacular sunsets. Maid service is one (1) time per week, additional service may be available for an extra fee. Smoking only outside. Pets are not allowed; children ok. Sleeps up to two (2) persons maximum. Approximately 60 square meters or 645 square feet. Just about everything you need for a fun-filled holiday in lovely Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Condo building features: Security gate, elevator, large ocean-front common area heated dipping pool and sun deck terrace, gym-exercise room, reception desk and 24 hour security, safe box in apartment, wireless internet in the courtyard area behind the elevator on the pool level, and an upscale beachfront restaurant and bar the Sapphire Ocean Club. Street parking. Internet service may be available in the apartment for an extra charge and this must be done directly with the front desk reception for around $40-45 USD per week, and client must have a laptop computer for this service.

There are 63 condo units total in the three buildings of One Beach Street Vallarta (formerly known as Playa del Sol and then the Blue Seas Resort): Tower A is ocean-front with bay view; Tower B is ocean-side with partial ocean-view; and Tower C is street side with no ocean view.

Short walk or taxi to the many South Side fine restaurants, sidewalk cafes, and the high-energy gay nightlife with its great variety of discos, bars, lounges, and Mexican cantinas. PDS building is in the same block as the Blue and Green chairs of the world-famous gay beach in Vallarta. A 10-12 minute or so stroll along Los Muertos beach or Olas Altas street through Old Town to the pedestrian bridge across the Cuale River and you are into the downtown & malecon area with its many unique stores, tourist attractions, art works and galleries.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $140 per night, except holiday weeks; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $109 per night; Holiday weeks of Christmas, New Years, and Easter, Dec 20-Jan 3, etc, $173 per night. Weekly rates may be available except for holidays. Generally it's three (3) nights min except holidays with a five-seven (5-7) night minimum.
