PDS-35-B  Los Muertos beach Condo - Third floor beach-side condo unit in one of the newer condominium buildings on Los Muertos built in 1998 and with a total of 63 units in three buildings.

The One Beach Street Vallarta 305-B vacation rental condo is in the ocean-side Tower B along with two dozen other units on seven floors. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, private bath, equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, bottled water, cable TV, air conditioning, ceiling fans, linens and towels. Partial beach and Banderas Bay views from the balcony of this modestly appointed apartment. Maid service is twice (2 times) per week and additional service can be requested for an extra charge. No pets allowed, children are ok. Approximately 645 square feet or 60 sq. meters.

Condo building features: Security gate, elevator, reception desk, an oceanfront common area heated dipping pool and sun deck terrace, 24/7 security, exercise room-gym, wireless internet in the common areas of the complex, and the upscale restaurant and bar El Lido Beach Club. Internet service may be available for an extra charge and this can be done directly with the front desk reception for around $40-45 USD per week, and the client must have a laptop.

There are 63 condo units total in the three buildings of One Beach Street Vallarta (formerly known as the Playa del Sol and Blue Seas Resort): Tower A is ocean-front with bay view, Tower B is ocean-side with partial ocean-view, and the Tower C faces street-side on Amapas street with no bay or ocean views.

Short walk or taxi to the many South Side fine restaurants, sidewalk cafes, and the high-energy Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife with its superb variety of bars, discos, Mexican cantinas and lounges. PDS building is in the same block as the well-known and popular Blue and Green chairs of the gay beach. A 10-12 minute or so stroll along Los Muertos beach or Olas Altas street to the pedestrian bridge across the Cuale River and you are then in the downtown malecon boardwalk area with its many tourist activities, stores and interesting art galleries and cultural events.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $120 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $95.00 per night. Holiday weeks of Christmas and New Years, Dec 20-Jan 3, $150 per night. Three (3) nights minimum except holidays with a seven (7) night minimum.
