PDS-307-B   Los Muertos beach Condo - Third floor beach-side one bedroom condominium in one of the newer condo buildings in Old Town.

The One Beach Street Vallarta 307 condo rental is in the ocean-side Tower B along with some two dozen other units on seven floors. The master has a queen bed and the guest bedroom with two singles, each with private bath; an equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator, cooktop, oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, and bottled water along with utensils, cookware and table settings.

This affordable vacation rental condominium of 968 square feet, about 90 sq. meters, has the necessary amenities such as cable television, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and a safe in the unit. Mostly street views and some partial beach/ocean views from the terrace balcony. Maid service is one (1) time per seven (7) day rental, and for an extra fee additional service may be available. Pets are not allowed; children ok. Sleeps four (4) persons maximum.

Condominium building features: Security gate, gym-exercise room, ocean-front common area heated dipping pool and sun deck terrace, reception desk and 24 hour security, elevator, wireless internet in units, and an upscale beachfront restaurant and bar, the Sapphire Ocean Club. There is street parking.

There are 63 apartment units total in the three buildings of One Beach Street Vallarta (formerly known as the Playa del Sol and then the Blue Seas Resort): Tower A is oceanfront with Bay view; Tower B is ocean-side with partial ocean and beach views; and Tower C is street-side with no ocean view.

Short walk or taxi to the many South Side/Romantic Zone fine dining spots, relaxing sidewalk cafes, and the high-spirited gay nightlife with its marvelous variety of discos, piano and show bars, nightclubs and Mexican cantinas. PDS building is in the same city block as the Blue and Green Chairs of the world-famed gay beach. A 10-12 minute or so stroll along Los Muertos beach or Olas Altas street through Old Town will get you to the pedestrian bridge across the scenic Cuale River and then you are in the Puerto Vallarta downtown area with its many tourist attractions, interesting art galleries, unique stores and the public artworks along the scenic mile-long Malecon boardwalk.

Damage Deposit: Please note that as of Jan 1, 2018 a $35.00 USD damage deposit is now mandatory for all clients renting this One Beach Street Vallarta property. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happen during your stay at the property for up to $500 US dollars.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $190 per night, except holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $149 per night; Holiday weeks of Easter, Christmas and New Years, Dec 20-Jan 3, $240 per night. Weekly rates may be available except for the holidays. All rates in US dollars and all taxes included. Three (3) nights minimum stay, except for holidays with a seven (7) night minimum.
