The One Beach Street Vallarta 505-B vacation rental is in the sea-side Tower B along with 24 other units on seven floors. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, private bath, kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, toaster, blender, coffee maker, oven and bottled water along with cookware, utensils and table settings.

This affordable holiday rental condominium of approximately 645 square feet or 60 square meters also has air conditioning and ceiling fans, cable TV in the living room, linens and towels. Partial beach and Banderas Bay views from the terrace off the living room. Maid service is scheduled once per seven (7) day rental, and additional service may be available for an extra fee. No pets; kids are allowed. Accommodates two (2) guests.

Condominium building features: Gym-exercise room, elevator, security gate, a sun deck terrace and seafront common area heated dipping pool, reception desk and 24 hour security personnel, and the upscale Sapphire waterfront bar and restaurant. Street parking available. There is wireless internet throughout the complex starting in Nov 2015.

There are sixty-three (63) units total in the three buildings of One Beach Street Vallarta (formerly known as Blue Seas Resort and the Playa del Sol): Tower A is seafront with Bay view; Tower B is oceanside with partial ocean views; and Tower C is street-side on Amapas street with no ocean view.

Short walk or taxi to the many Old Town superb dining spots, laidback sidewalk cafes, and the fabulous Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife with its variety of lively Mexican cantinas, nightclubs, lounges and show bars. The PDS building is in the same city block as the world-renowned gay beach of the Blue and Green Chairs. A relaxing 10-14 minute stroll along Los Muertos beach or Olas Altas street through the South Side will take you to the pedestrian bridge and across the verdant Cuale River, and then you are in downtown Vallarta with its lovely attractions, unique shops, interesting art galleries and the public artworks along the mile-long Malecon or boardwalk.

Damage Deposit - Please note that as of January 1, 2018 a $35.00 USD damage deposit is now mandatory for all clients renting units at One Beach Street Vallarta. The deposit provides coverage to travelers in the event that damages occur during your stay. It also protects you from having to pay additional costs if any accidental damages happen during your stay at the property for up to $500.00 US dollars.

Condo prices: Winter: Dec 4-Apr 30, $121 per night, except holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $99 per night; Holiday weeks Christmas and New Year, Dec 20-Jan 3 and Easter week, Mar 25-Apr 8: $150 per night.
