PDS-24  Los Muertos beach Condo - Second floor oceanfront/corner condo unit in one of the newer condominium buildings on Los Muertos beach, One Beach Street Vallarta/Playa del Sol/Blue Seas, with a total of 63 units in three buildings. Two bedrooms, master bedroom with king bed and guest bedroom with two singles, private baths, equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, bottled water, refrigerator and microwave, cable television, air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer and dryer. Beautiful ocean and beach view from the wrap around balcony off the living room. Maid service is two times a week, and approximately 200-250 pesos for extra cleaning. No smoking allowed, kids ok, pets are not allowed.

Condo building features: Elevator, security gate, an ocean-front common area heated dipping pool and sun deck terrace, maid service twice a week, wireless in the common areas, reception desk and 24 hour security, gym workout area, and the upscale El Lido beach-club restaurant and bar. Wheelchair accessible. Individual internet service may be available for an extra charge and this is done directly with the front desk for approximately $40 per week. Four (4) guests maximum. Same block as the gay beach at the Blue Chairs area. A pleasant few minutes walk to South Side/Old Town fine restaurants, boutiques and stores and the high-energy terrific Puerto Vallarta gay clubs, cantinas, lounges and piano and show bars.

A 10-12 minute stroll along Los Muertos beach or Olas Altas street through the Romantiz Zone will get you to the pedestrian bridge across the scenic Cuale River and then you are in the Puerto Vallarta downtown area with its many unique shops, tourist attractions, interesting galleries and the public artworks along the mile-long malecon.

There are sixty-three condo units total in the three One Beach Street (formerly known as Blue Seas Resort and the Playa del Sol) buildings: Tower A is ocean-front with full bay view; Tower B is ocean-side with partial ocean view; and Tower C is street side with no ocean views. Built in 1998 with approximately 1290 square feet.

Apartment prices: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $280 per night, except holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $165 per night; Holiday weeks of Christmas and New Years, Dec 20-Jan 3, $280 per night. Generally it's three (3) nights minimum except for holidays with a seven (7) night minimum.
