PDS-44  Los Muertos beach Condo - Fourth floor oceanfront/corner condo unit in one of the newer condominium buildings on Los Muertos beach, One Beach Street Vallarta/Playa del Sol/Blue Seas, with a total of 63 units in three buildings. Two bedrooms, master bedroom with king bed and guest bedroom with two singles, private baths, fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster, bottled water and a new microwave and refrigerator, cable television, air conditioning, ceiling fans, telephone, a washer and dryer. Beautiful ocean and beach view from the wrap around balcony off the living room with views from Punta de Mita in the north to the South Shores. Maid service 2 times a week, approximately 200-250 pesos for extra cleaning. Children ok, pets not allowed. About 1,290 square feet/120 sq. meters.

Condo building features: Elevator, security gate, ocean-front common area heated dipping pool and sun deck terrace, maid service twice a week, reception desk and 24 hour security, small equipped gym, wireless in the common areas, and the luxury El Lido beach-club restaurant and bar. Internet service may be available for an extra charge and this is done directly with the front desk for approximately $40-45 per week; client must have a lap top for this service to work. Four (4) persons maximum. Same block as to the Blue Chairs gay beach area. Short few minutes walk to South Side fine dining spots, stores and the great high-energy Puerto Vallarta gay clubs, lounges, Mexican cantinas and bars.

There are sixty three condo units total in the three One Beach Street (formerly known as the Playa del Sol and then the Blue Seas Resort) buildings: Tower A is ocean-front with bay view, Tower B is ocean-side with partial ocean view, and Tower C is street side with no ocean view.
