PDS-34-A   Los Muertos beach Condo - Third floor oceanfront condominium in one of the newer vacation rental buildings on Los Muertos beach in the Romantic Zone, with 31 units in the beachfront Tower A.

This One Beach Street Vallarta 304-A condominium is a two bedroom, two bath unit in Tower A along with 30 other units on seven floors. The master bedroom with a king size bed, guest bedroom with two singles, two baths, equipped kitchen with oven, full size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, disposal and bottled water, along with some good cookware, utensils and table settings. May have a washer and dryer; safe in unit. Approximately 152 square meters or 1,640 square feet.

This affordable vacation rental condominium also comes equipped with cable television in living area and bedrooms, linens and towels, air conditioning in the bedrooms only, ceiling fans throughout. Lovely beach and Banderas Bay views from the wrap-around balcony terrace off the living area. Maid service is twice (2) per week, and additional service may be available for an extra fee.

Maid service is one time per seven (7) day rental, and for an extra fee additional service may be available. Smoking outside only please; pets are not allowed; children are ok. Sleeps up to four (4) persons maximum.

There are 63 apartment units total in the three buildings of One Beach Street Vallarta (formerly known as the Playa del Sol and then the Blue Seas Resort), Tower A is oceanfront with bay views; Tower B is ocean-side with partial ocean view; and Tower C is street side with no ocean view. The units in Tower A are located directly on the beach and the normal noise and activities are associated with properties on the beach are to be expected.

Condominium building features: Security gate, oceanfront common area heated dipping pool and sundeck terrace, equipped gym-exercise room, reception desk and 24 hour security, elevator to all floors, wireless internet in the common areas, and the recently remodeled upscale beachfront restaurant and bar Sapphire Ocean Club. Street parking is available.

Short walk or taxi to the many South Side fine dining spots, relaxing sidewalk cafes, and the lively gay nightlife with its marvelous variety of piano and show bars, gay nightclubs and Mexican cantinas such as Garbo, CC Slaughters and La Margarita. The One Beach Street Vallarta building is in the same city block as the world-famous Blue Chairs of the ever popular gay beach.

A ten minute or so stroll along Los Muertos beach or along Olas Altas street through Old Town will get you to the pedestrian bridge across the scenic tropical Cuale River and then you are into Vallarta's downtown with its tourist attractions, interesting art galleries, unique shops and boutiques, and the many fine public artworks displayed along the renovated mile-long Malecon boardwalk.

Note: There is a $200 USD refundable security deposit required for all One Beach Street Vallarta units, to be sent with the final payment, which I hold for my clients in case of any breakage or damages. I send those funds back within 7-10 days of the client's departure.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 20 and Jan 5-Apr 30, $205 per night, except holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $169 per night; Holidays: Easter week and Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 21-Jan 4, $255 per night. Slight discount for monthly stay. There's a three (3) nights minimum except holiday weeks which have a seven (7) nights minimum. (Prices in US dollars include taxes and are as of February 2019.
