One bedroom with a queen bed, one bath, equipped kitchenette with microwave, blender and toaster, cable television, double sofa bed couch in living room, air conditioning, ceiling fans, telephone. Beautiful ocean and beach view from the balcony off the living room at this One Beach Street condominium. No pets, no smoking.

Condo building features: Elevator, security gate, ocean-front common area heated dipping pool and sun deck terrace, reception desk and 24 hour security, and the upscale beachfront bar and restaurant El Lido. Maid service twice a week. Wheelchair accessible. Internet service may be available for an extra charge and this is done directly with the front desk for approximately $40 per week and client must have a lap top for this service to work.

Short walk or taxi to all South Side fine dining spots, sidewalk cafes, and the lively gay Puerto Vallarta nightlife with its variety of bars, clubs and cantinas. In the same block as the Blue and Green chairs of the traditional Puerto Vallarta gay beach. A pleasant 10-12 minute stroll along Los Muertos beach or down Olas Altas street to the new pedestrian bridge across the Cuale River to the downtown Malecon area with its many pleasing tourism attractions.

There are 63 rental condominium units total in the three One Beach Street/Playa del Sol/Blue Seas buildings: Tower A is beach-front with bay view, Tower B is ocean-side with partial ocean view, and Tower C is street-side with no ocean view.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $140 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $105 per night. Holiday weeks, please inquire regarding rental prices. Generally, three (3) nights minimum except holidays with a seven (7) night minimum. Weekly rates are often available.
