PDS-607-B  Los Muertos Beach Condo - Six floor ocean-side junior suite two bedroom apartment in one of the newer condominium complexes on Los Muertos beach, with a total of 63 units in three buildings. The master bedroom offers a queen and the guest bedroom with two twin beds, two private baths, equipped kitchen with microwave, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, blender and toaster, cable television, wireless internet, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and the balcony with some partial ocean view.

This junior suite two bedroom has approximately 968 square feet or 90 square meters total of living space. There's some partial ocean and beach view, as the Tower B of the building complex is on the side street just before Los Muertos beach. Kids are ok; no pets permitted; a non-smoking property.

Condo building with elevator, security gate, ocean-front common area heated dipping pool and sundeck terrace, reception desk, 24 hour security, and a beachfront bar and restaurant the Sapphire Ocean Club. Wheelchair accessible, street parking. Maid service once per 7 day rental, but extra service may be available for additional charge. Four (4) persons maximum.

The One Beach Street Vallarta is located in the same block as the Blue and Green Chairs of the famed Puerto Vallarta gay beaches, and also is a short walk or taxi to all South Side shops, relaxing coffee shops, fine dining spots as well as the high-energy gay nightlife with its great variety of fun nightclubs, Mexican cantinas and bars.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $190 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $145 per night. Holidays: Christma and New Years, Dec 20-Jan 3, $235 per night. Weekly rate may be available. A three (3) night minimum except for seven (7) nights during the holiday weeks. Fares in U.S. dollars include applicable taxes. Tariffs are as of February 2016.
