PDS-402-A   Los Muertos beach Condo - Fourth floor beachfront 2 bedroom condo in one of the newer condominium buildings on Los Muertos with a total of 63 units in three buildings, with 31 units in the ocean-front Tower A.

The One Beach Street Vallarta 402-A vacation rental condo is in the ocean-front Tower A along with 30 other units on seven floors. There are two bedrooms, the master with a queen and the guest bedroom with two twins, two baths, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, cooktop, coffee maker, microwave, blender, bottled water and toaster.

This holiday rental property also includes cable television, mini-split air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fans, linens and towels, safe in the unit. Very pleasant beach and Banderas Bay views from the balcony, often with spectacular sunsets. Maid service is once (1) per seven (7) day rental, additional service may be available for an extra fee. Smoking only outside, children ok, pets are not allowed. For four (4) persons maximum. Approximately 968 square feet or 90 square meters.  Just about everything you might need for a fun-filled vacation in charming Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Condo building features: Security gate, elevator, ocean-front common area heated dipping pool and sun deck terrace, gym-exercise room, reception desk and 24 hour security, safe box in all units, wireless internet in common area near pool, and the upscale restaurant and bar Sapphire Ocean Club. Wireless internet service may be available in common areas, and in certain units in the buildings.

There are 63 condo units total in the three buildings of One Beach Street Vallarta (formerly known as the Playa del Sol and Blue Seas Resort): Tower A is ocean-front with bay view, Tower B is ocean-side with partial ocean-view, and Tower C is street side with no ocean view.

Short walk or taxi to the many South Side fine restaurants, sidewalk cafes, and the high-energy gay nightlife with its great variety of discos, bars, fun lounges and Mexican cantinas. PDS building is in the same block as the Blue and Green chairs of the gay beach in Puerto Vallarta. A 10-12 minute or so stroll along Los Muertos beach or Olas Altas street to the pedestrian bridge across the Cuale River and you are into the El Centro downtown & malecon area with its many tourist attractions, unique shops and colorful art galleries.

Note: There is a $200 USD refundable security deposit required for all One Beach Street units, to be sent with the final payment, which I hold for my clients in case of any breakage or damages, and then send back within 7-10 days of the client's departure.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, except holidays, $200 per night; Apr 12-30, $248 per night; May 1-Oct 31, $159 per night; Holiday weeks of Christmas and New Years, Dec 21-Jan 4, $250 per night. Three (3) nights minimum except for holidays with seven (7) nights minimum. Tariffs include Mexican taxes.
