Incanto cabaret, piano bar and cafe, owned by long-time local Tracy Parks (who used to schedule and run the entertainment at cabaret-bar The Palm) takes its name from the charming and elegant setting along the Cuale River that divides Old Town from downtown in beautiful Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
