There is a heated pool and popular pool-side gay bar which features an indoor seating area, a steam room, and a large jacuzzi that holds up to 20-25 in the backyard patio area. The Vallarta Cora hotel is located one block from Los Muertos beach and a short walk to the gay nightclubs and the main South Side area with its fine straight and gay-owned restaurants and unique boutiques and shops. This Puerto Vallarta gay hotel has cultivated its reputation as a party location. There are a lot of Mexican nationals who stay at the Cora on vacation, and also plenty of friendly local guys who frequent the hotel-pool-bar regularly. The three units have stylish furnishings and all beds have orthopedic mattresses. Each of the three levels has its own private terrace area with seating, some ocean views. Conveniently located a few blocks up from the Puerto Vallarta los Muertos beach and the Blue Chairs gay beach, and a short walk down to the Zona Romantica/South Side gay bars, shopping and fine restaurants and relaxing cafes. Maid service three times per week except for holidays; off street parking is available. Mixed gay and straight clientele. Usually a minimum of seven nights rental in January and February. Old description: In a new location, the Arco Iris bed and breakfast has three rooms available for your stay, all with private bath, air conditioning and terraces with views of the ocean and mountains. The Papaya Room is two levels higher and has a large sitting area to enjoy the view, in addition to having satellite TV. 11.  Casa Benito  -  Gay B&B  -  South Side
Three bedroom B&B run by Boana Torre Malibu and your host Benoit Gagnon. The house is on three levels, with three bedrooms, each with a king size bed and private bath; there's a rooftop terrace with private dipping pool. Price includes daily Continental Breakfast, 8am-noon. Rooms #1 and #2 have a/c available for an additional charge of $10 per day.
