The eight story hotel is also directly behind and operates the Blue Chairs restaurant-bar which has been the local gay beach for the past 30 years or more.

1. Master Suites - An ocean view, king-size bed, separate living room, LCD TV, kitchenette, telephone, air-conditioning and a private balcony.
2. Junior Suites - Have an oceanfront view, king bed, LCD TV, phone, kitchenette, a/c and private balcony.
3. Ocean Front Rooms - Their nicest ocean view, with a king-size bed or 2 double beds, television, telephone, air- conditioning and a private balcony.
4. Ocean View Room - Has a full ocean view, one king-size or two double beds, TV, telephone, air-conditioning and a private balcony.
5. Partial Ocean View Room - Comfortable room with a partial ocean view, one king or 2 double beds, television, telephone, a/c and a private balcony.

The hotel accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club International, Discover Card and JCB International in its on-line reservation system. All reservations are non-refundable or may carry penalties. Check in is at 3pm and check out at Noon.
