ED-404  Los Muertos beach condo - Fourth floor ocean-front vacation rental in one of the most sought after buildings in Vallarta, with 22 units. Very nicely decorated two bedroom with king bed in each air conditioned bedroom, two baths, cable TV and overhead fans. Both living room and master bedroom open onto an ample balcony with lovely ocean and Los Muertos beach views.

From this stunning 4th floor, south corner unit, you can experience amazing 180 degree views of Banderas Bay, wonderful ocean breezes, spectacular sunsets and when the moon is full, some very romantic evenings. For your comfort, both bedrooms and the main living area have mini-split air-conditioners.

Condo features: Fully equipped kitchen includes refrigerator with purified ice, cook top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and pots, pans, silverware, pitchers, plates, cups, glasses, etc for your cooking convenience. There is also wireless internet, a DVD player, phone for local calls, beach towels, and cable television in the two bedrooms and living room. A non-smoking vacation rental; no smoking allowed inside or on the balcony. No pets - pet-free environment. Adults only, no children are allowed. Sleeps up to four (4) adult guests maximum. Approximately 1,200 square feet.

Condominium building with elevator, security gate and reception desk, a nice common area heated (Nov 1-Apr 1) dipping pool and sun-deck terrace with brilliant ocean views, an English speaking staff available during the day and early evening, and the still popular El Dorado beachfront restaurant. Maid service is six (6) days per week, except for Sunday and Mexican national holidays. Please be kind enough to tip the maid directly.

The El Dorado condos are located a short walk to the main South Side or Zona Romantica area for easy access to the relaxed charm of this part of town with its pleasant sidewalk coffee shops, fun people watching and the exciting gay Vallarta nightlife of clubs, bars and Mexican cantinas. Short two block walk to the gay beach at the world famous Blue and Green chairs. You can take an enjoyable stroll along Los Muertos beach and cross the new pedestrian bridge to the the New Malecon boardwalk, the historic church of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Los Arcos amphitheater and other downtown tourism activities and attractions.

The condo, balcony and all common areas of the El Dorado are non-smoking. Other guests may be allergic or uncomfortable with 2nd hand smoke. If you enjoy smoking please do so outside of the building. If smoking of any kind is reported or detected, guests may well be required to immediately vacate the unit and the building. The dipping pool is available until 10pm, and in consideration of other guests we ask that you do not use the pool past 10pm and kindly observe the noise ordnance.

All reservations require 50% down at the time of the booking, due within four to six (4-6) days of the reservation date. The balance or final payment is due at 60-70 days prior to arrival.

Note: The El Dorado 404 requires a $200 USD refundable security deposit at the time of the final payment, which I hold for my clients in case of breakage or damages, and then send back within 7-10 days of departure. Clients are responsible for any and all damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $260 per night, except holiday weeks; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $185 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 19-Jan 1, $299 per night. Summer special: Jun 1-Oct 31, $140 per night. Discounts: There is a 10% discount for 21 nights; 15% discount for 30 or more nights. No discounts are available for holiday weeks.
