Recently remodeled and updated one bedroom with king bed, bath with tub and shower, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender, wireless internet, air conditioning in bedroom, iron and ironing board, safe, spacious living and dining area opening onto a balcony with some nice partial ocean and beach view (common area terrace and pool is in front of the condo balcony, so it's partial view). New sliding balcony doors with new wrought-iron patio table with granite top on the terrace, new big 43" flat screen TV in the living room, DVD player, three new rugs, mirror, hall table, fabric & cushions on couches, ceiling fan in the bedroom, and new linens and towels. Cable television now in both living area and the bedroom. Approximately 900 square feet. Note: This unit requires a $150 refundable security deposit sent with the final payment.

Condo building with common area dipping pool and sun deck terrace with brilliant ocean and beach views, security gate and reception desk, elevator, English speaking staff available during the day and early evening, and a popular beach front restaurant. Daily maid service except for Sunday and Mexican holidays. El Dorado condominiums are very centrally located so it's a short walk or taxi to all South Side fine restaurants, relaxing cafes and stores, the lively gay nightlife of bars, lounges and clubs, and a short two blocks to the Puerto Vallarta gay beach at the well known Blue and Green Chairs.

All El Dorado condominiums are now non-smoking and the public areas of the ED condo building are now non-smoking as well, with the exception of the lower deck and the pool area. No pipes or cigars are allowed in any of the common areas. The dipping pool is heated from November 1-May 1 each year. Two (2) guests maximum in this one bedroom condo. Generally there is a five (5) night minimum, except for holidays with seven (7) nights minimum.

Condominium rates: Winter I: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 3-Apr 30, $145 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $99 per night; Christmas and New Years holiday weeks: Dec 19-Jan 2, $185 per night.
