Living room opens onto large balcony with lovely ocean and Los Muertos beach views.

Condo features: High speed internet DSL service and wireless internet, satellite television in both the living room and bedroom with all US programming including HBO, Showtime, movies, sports and news channels. Recently remodeled with fully equipped gourmet kitchen with new refrigerator, gas range and oven, coffee maker, blender, microwave and toaster. Condo with a purified water system. A non-smoking vacation rental; no smoking allowed inside or on the balcony. No pets. Two (2) people maximum. Approximately 920 square feet. This rental unit requires a $250 refundable security deposit.

Condominium building with elevator, security gate and reception desk, a nice common area heated (Nov 1-Apr 1)dipping pool and sun-deck terrace with brilliant ocean views, English speaking staff available during the day and early evening, and the Mahi Beach Club (formerly the El Dorado) beachfront restaurant. Maid service is daily except for Sunday and Mexican holidays.

The El Dorado condos are located a short walk to the main South Side-Zona Romantica area for easy access to the
relaxed charm of this part of town with its pleasant sidewalk cafes, fun people watching and the exciting gay Puerto Vallarta nightlife of bars, clubs, lounges and cantinas. Short two block walk to the gay beach at the well known Blue and Green chairs. You can take an enjoyable stroll along Los Muertos beach and cross the new pedestrian bridge to the the New Malecon boardwalk, the historic church of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Los Arcos amphitheater and other downtown tourism activities and attractions.

A 50% initial deposit is due within four to six (4-6) days of your confirmed reservation to hold your booking. The final payment/balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays when it is due at 65-70 days before arrival.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $190.00 per night, except for holiday weeks; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $125.00 per night; Holidays: Thanksgiving week and Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $235.00 per night.
