ED-501  Los Muertos beach Condo - Fifth floor waterfront penthouse condo in one of the most sought after condominium buildings in Vallarta, with 22 units. Two bedrooms, master with king bed, and the guest bedroom with king bed and its own small balcony with partial ocean and city views, each bedroom with full bath and air conditioning, high beamed ceilings with cupola (dome) in the dining room area, two cable televisions, wireless internet, CD/DVD player, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils and table settings, hair dryer and iron, breakfast bar, ceiling fans in all rooms, telephone, purified drinking water, nice living and dining area opening onto balcony with a splendid ocean view.

Approximately 1200 square feet. All rooms professionally decorated in modern Mexican styles with charming personal accents throughout. Tap water is safe for bathing and washing dishes, but it is suggested that for drinking you use the purified bottled water that is provided free of charge. No pets are allowed. Four (4) guests maximum.

Condo building with common area dipping pool and a two level sun-deck terrace with brilliant ocean views, security gate and reception desk, elevator, English speaking staff available during the day and early evening, and a popular beachfront restaurant. Daily maid service six (6) days per week, except for Sunday and Mexican holidays. Short stroll to South Side restaurants, gay nightlife, fun shopping and local art galleries. A quick 2-3 minute walk to the renowned and popular Blue and Green chairs gay beach area.

Condos are now all non-smoking, including the balconies. All public areas of the building are also now non-smoking with the exception of the pool area and the lower deck. No cigars or pipes are allowed in any public area. The pool is heated from Nov 1-May 1 each year.

Special Summer: Jun 1-Oct 31, $180 per night, no special discounts apply. Discounts: There's a 10% discount for 3 weeks, and 15% discount for 4 or more weeks.
