ED-301  Los Muertos beach condo - Third floor ocean-front two bedroom condo. Two bedrooms with king bed and two doubles, two baths, cable television, overhead ceiling fans, wireless internet, equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster oven, air conditioning in bedrooms only, bottled water, telephone, DVD player for the TV for movies should also work for music.

Features a nice balcony off the living area with lovely ocean and beach views of Banderas Bay. This is a larger unit, approximately 1,200 square feet. Non-smoking. Kids allowed. No pets are permitted. This El Dorado vacation rental can sleep up to four (4) registered guests maximum.

Condo building with common area dipping pool and a two level sun-deck terrace with brilliant ocean views, security gate and reception desk, elevator, English speaking staff available during the day and early evening, and a popular beachfront restaurant. The El Dorado has daily maid service six (6) days per week. There is no cleaning service on Sunday and Mexican national holidays. Short stroll to South Side, restaurants, Vallarta gay nightlife, shopping and a quick 2-3 minute walk to the renowned and popular Blue and Green chairs gay beach area.

Condos are all non-smoking, including the balconies. All public areas of the building are now non-smoking with the exception of the pool area and the lower deck. No cigars or pipes are allowed in any public area. The pool is heated for the winter months from Nov 1-May 1 each year.

For this El Dorado 301 condo, there is an initial 50% deposit due within four to six (4-6) days of your confirmed reservation to hold this unit. The balance or final payment is due at sixty to sixty-five (60-65) days before arrival. Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is at 12 Noon; please plan accordingly. You may wish to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in the unlikely event of cancellation of your vacation.

There is a refundable security deposit in the amount of $175.00 USD due at the time of the final payment which I hold for my clients in case of breakage or damages, and then send back within a 7-10 days of departure. Clients understand that they are responsible for any and all damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Condominium rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 18 and Jan 3-Apr 30, $290 per night; Summer I: May 1-Jun 30, $160 per night; Summer II: July 1-Oct 31, $145 per night; Christmas and New Years holiday weeks: Dec 19-Jan 2, $325 per night. Discounts: There may be a 10% discount for 3 weeks, 15% discount for 4 or more weeks. No discounts will apply for holiday weeks. (Tariffs as of January 2023 and include applicable Mexican taxes.
