One bedroom with king bed and a new semi-firm mattress and box springs, bathroom with marble walls and a shower with a view of the Bay, cable-satellite television, stereo with CD player, overhead fans, a/c in bedroom, living room with French doors opening onto small balcony with lovely ocean view, kitchen equipped with coffee maker, blender, toaster over and microwave. Recently totally remodeled with Mexican travertine tile for the bathroom and the floors, onyx wall scones, parota wood cabinets & doors. Smoking not allowed inside the condo. No children, pets not allowed. Two (2) people maximum. There are no refunds on the condo deposit/payments, unless the time is sold to someone else. Wifi in the unit and also with computer for your use in common area of the El Dorado condo complex.

Condominium building with common area heated dipping pool and sun deck terrace with brilliant ocean views, a security gate and reception desk, elevator, English speaking staff available during the day and early evening, and the popular El Dorado beachfront restaurant. Maid service except for Sunday and holidays.

Close to all South Side dining spots, fun shopping, relaxing cafes and the exciting gay nightlife of bars, clubs, watering holes and Mexican cantinas. Short two block walk to the Vallarta gay beach on Los Muertos at the well known Blue and Green chairs.

Condo rates: Winter: Jan 4-Mar 17, $220 per night; Spring: Mar 17-Apr 6, $205 per night; Mid-Season: Apr 7-Jun 17, $132 per night; Summer: Jun 18-Oct 11, $100 per night; Autumn: Oct 12-Dec 19, $160 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years week, Dec 22-Jan 5, $250 per night. There are no refunds on deposits unless time is booked with someone else. Minimum four or five (4-5) nights, except for holidays with a seven (7) night min. Weekly rates are sometimes available.
