PM-605  Los Muertos beach condo - Sixth floor ocean-side condo in one of the South Side's newer and smaller oceanfront condo buildings, with 33 units. Two bedrooms, both with king beds, two baths, living and dining area, balcony with very nice mountain, Old Town Vallarta and partial ocean views. Fully air conditioned with 3 units, one in each bedroom and in the living room; four ceiling fans for your comfort. Nicely decorated, fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms have a pillow-top Posturpedic king mattress. Non-smoking unit; kids not allowed. Four (4) guests maximum. There is nearly 1,100 square feet to relax in and enjoy in the Plazamar 605 condominium vacation rental.

Condo amenities include: phone, air conditioning in the two bedrooms and living room, ceiling fans in every room, cable TV, CD-cassette player, full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, bottled purified water, cooking utensils and dishes. Linens are included. Maid service is three (3) times per week; maids do not do dishes.

Condominium building with common area rooftop dipping pool and sundeck terrace, elevator, maid service three (3) times a week, 24 hour reception-security, high speed wireless in many units or available in the reception area, laundry room with washer and dryer and a BBQ grill on rooftop, palapa-roofed beachfront restaurant. The Plaza Mar condos are only a short walk to all Old Town friendly restaurants and dining spots, coffee shops and the thrilling gay nightlife of bars, Mexican cantinas, lounges and discos. An 8-10 minute stroll to the Puerto Vallarta gay beaches at the Blue and Green chairs and new Mantamar beachfront club. This usually rents only Saturday to Saturday during the winter high season.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $225 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $170 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, $275 per night. Note: Final payment is due at 60-65 days before arrival. Minimum rental of 7 nights from Jan-March and holidays. May be discounted for 14 nights or more duing the summer low season.
