PM-46 Los Muertos beach condo - Fourth floor ocean-side condo in one of the South Side's newer condominium buildings, with 33 units. A tastefully decorated one bedroom condo with king bed, one bath, living room, fully equipped kitchen, CD player, 3 ceiling fans, fully air conditioned with am a/c unit in the bedroom and the living room, cable television in the living room and the bedroom, phone for local calls, ceiling fans, alarm clock, hair dryer, free bottled drinking water, iron and ironing board, sheets and towels. The balcony overlooks Lazaro Cardenas Park and offers lovely mountain and partial ocean views of the beach and Banderas (Flags) Bay. The balcony has table and chairs which makes it a great place for a romantic candle lit dinner. The kitchen comes with a complete collection of pots and pans, silverware and dishes.

The fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, disposal and bottled water. Mountain and town views, partial bay and beach view. Approximately 915 square feet or 85 square meters. The condo accommodates two (2) guests.

This one bedroom vacation rental is an ideal and affordable vacation rental. The rooftop at Plazamar offers breathtaking views of the ocean and Los Muertos beach; the condominium balcony itself offers nice mountain and town views. Kids are allowed; pets not permitted; smoking ok. This condominium with maid service three (3) times a week usually on Mon, Weds and Sat. We ask that you to please be sure to be generous with tipping to the maid.

The minute you step into Plaza Mar 406 you can feel the warmth which is very welcoming, thanks to the warm-colored Mexican fabrics which are not only soothing to the eye, but also adds that special touch to the apartment.

Condo building: A common area rooftop heated dipping pool and sundeck terrace, elevator, 24 hour reception-security, high speed wireless, laundry room with washers and dryers,and there's a palapa roofed beachfront restaurant Los Burros. Underground or street parking. Short walk to all South Side bars, PV restaurants and shopping and the gay beach at the Blue and Green Chairs. The downtown Vallarta malecon is only a 5-7 minute walk over the Cuale River on the new pedestrian bridge. This condominium prefers Saturday to Saturday during the winter high season.

The rooftop has its outdoor dipping pool which is another excellent attraction of the Plaza Mar. Near the pool are the washers and dryers of the laundry room, so that you can take some sun on the pool recliners, enjoy the fine views, and do your laundry at the same time.

Note: There is a $200 refundable security deposit with this property which I hold for my clients in case of breakage or damages, and then send back within 7-10 days of your departure.

Condo rates: Winter: Oct 29-Apr 26, $188 per night, except for holiday weeks; Summer: Apr 26-Oct 28, $122 per night; Holidays: Easter, Christmas and New Years weeks, $180 per night. Three (3) nights minimum during summer months, and for winter season and holiday weeks with seven (7) nights minimum, Sat to Sat only. (Condo prices as of Mar 2019.
