PM-501  Los Muertos beach Condo - Fifth floor oceanfront one bedroom condo in one of the South Side's newer condominium buildings, with 33 units. An extra large bedroom with king bed and sitting area, walk in closets, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, very nicely decorated, ceramic tile bath/shower, 2 cable televisions one with DVD, CD player, purified bottled water, wireless internet, ceiling fans, and an ocean-front terrace with unobstructed full Banderas Bay and Los Muertos beach views. Clients can lock their valuables in a closet with a keyed lock and the key is on the key set. As in all Plazamar units, this one's fully air conditioned with an a/c unit in the bedroom and another in the living area. Condominium is approximately 990 square feet or 92 sq. meters.

Condo building with common area rooftop dipping pool and sundeck terrace, maid service three (3) times a week, 24 hour reception-security, elevator, a common laundry room and BBQ grill on the rooftop area, and a fun palapa roofed beachfront restaurant-bar, Los Burros. Internet is also available on lobby computers at the Plaza Mar for a small charge. Short stroll from all Old Town fine restaurants, shops and sidewalk cafes, the lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of cantinas, nightclubs and show bars, and only 7-10 minutes or a quick taxi to the PV gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs.

This vacation rental only rents Saturday to Saturday during the winter months of Nov-Apr. Sleeps a maximum of two (2) guests. Non-smoking; kids welcome.

The sunny private terrace of the 501 opens off the living room through double glass doors which can be latched open to allow the cooling sea breezes and sounds of the surf to waft through this lovely affordable vacation rental property. There is a flat screen TV with cable in the living area for your viewing pleasure. The kitchen has been updated with custom-designed authentic Mexican tiles in keeping with the beautiful classic Mexican architecture of the Plazamar building, and is fully equipped with all the standard large and small appliances, cookware, dishes, and linens as well as free purified bottled water.

The bathroom features a large authentic Mexican tile tub/shower combo. The sink sports a unique, one-of-a-kind faucet. also provided for your comfort and sue are big fluffy towels, wash cloths and a hair dryer.

The extra-large bedroom has a king-size bed as well as a twin-size daybed, and twin-size trundle bed. This is perfect for a small family as there is plenty of room for everyone! All linens are provided and extra bedding for the daybed is in the closet, if not already set out by the maid. There is another flat screen television and DVD player in this large bedroom so you can bring along your favorite games or DVDs. Wifi is available in the condo for a small charge. Please contact the front desk for rates and activation. There is a cabinet in the entry hall with books, so feel free to take or leave a book. An iron and ironing board are also available for your use.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $165 per night; Summer: May 1-October 31, $110 per night; Holiday weeks, Christmas and New Years: $175 per night.
