Two bedrooms, master with king bed that opens on to balcony overlooking the beach, other with two double beds, two baths, living and dining area, balcony with some nice beach and Banderas Bay view. Condo nicely decorated, fully equipped kitchen, cable television, CD player, fully air conditioned with 3 a/c units (one in each bedroom and in the living room), ceiling fans. Sleeps up to four-six (4-6) guests

Condominium building with common area rooftop dipping pool and sundeck terrace, elevator, maid service three times a week, 24 hour reception-security, high speed wireless, laundry room and BBQ grill on rooftop, palapa roofed beachfront restaurant. Short walk to all South Side/Zona Romantica restaurants, stores, dining spots and the thrilling Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of bars, cantinas and clubs. An 8-10 minute stroll to the Vallarta gay beaches at the world-famous Blue and Green chairs on Los Muertos. Usually rents only Saturday to Saturday during the winter high season months Nov-Apr.
