PB-303 Los Muertos beach Condo - A recently renovated third floor ocean-front two bedroom, two bath condo near the southern end of Los Muertos beach and right behind the Blue chairs of the Vallarta gay beach. King bed in the master and the guest bedroom, each with its bath. Fully equipped granite topped kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, blender and coffee maker and bottled purified water. A very nicely furnished unit with cable television in living room and both bedrooms, air conditioning in bedrooms, wireless internet, washer and dryer, alarm clock, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, ceiling fans, local phone, linens and towels. The balcony off the living area has pleasant beach and Bay views.

Condominium building with a large heated common area dipping pool and sun deck terrace, elevator, 24 hour private reception desk and security. Registered guests must wear the wrist band which is part of the condo regulations. People not registered or staying in the rental unit will not be allowed to sit at the Playa Bonita beach palapas or use the pool.

The Playa Bonita building is directly off the shore so normal beach-noise and activity is to be expected. The building is located next door to a gay hotel which has music and rooftop entertainment in the evenings until approximately 10pm-11pm

Approximately 1,200 square feet or 111 square meters. Non-smoking, please. Kids are permitted; no pets are allowed. A maximum four (4) guests. Cleaning Services:

Cleaning Services: The maid services included, one (1) time per week, is based on a minimum rental of seven (7) days. In case your rental is less than this or requires additional services, the cost will be approx $25 USD per day. We ask you to please be kind enough to tip the maid.

The Playa Bonita is located just a short walk to the main South Side area for easy access to the relaxed charm of the Old Town area with its pleasant sidewalk coffee shops, fun people watching and the lively Vallarta gay nightlife of clubs, Mexican cantinas and lounges. You can take an enjoyable stroll along Los Muertos beach and cross the pedestrian bridge to the the malecon boardwalk, the historic church of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Los Arcos amphitheater and other downtown Vallarta tourism activities and attractions.

Important Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% Value Added tax IVA and the 3% Hospitality tax, are not included in the rental rate noted below and have to be added to your total to complete your reservation once your dates are selected. For this Playa Bonita condo there is also a refundable security deposit of $225 USD due with the final payment which I hold for for my clients in case of damages and send back within a 7-10 days of departure. Client is responsible for any and all damages beyond normal wear and tear.

A 50% initial deposit is due within four to six (4-6) days of your confirmed reservation to hold your booking. The final payment/balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays when it is due at 65-70 days before arrival. Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 11am; please plan accordingly. You may wish to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in the unlikely event of a cancellation of your vacation

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $265 per night, except for holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $160 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 19-Jan 4, as well as Easter week, $320 per night. Three (3) nights minimum rental except for Easter week with a five (5) night min, and the Christmas and New Years holiday weeks with a seven (7) night minimum.
