PB-602  Los Muertos beach Condo - Sixth floor ocean-front recently redecorated three bedroom Playa Bonita condo near the southern end of Los Muertos beach right behind the gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs. King bed and three doubles (two of three bedrooms are oceanfront), three baths, private master bedroom terrace, equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker and purified water system, cable television, wireless internet, Vonage with free unlimited calls to the USA and Canada, new MP3 player (iPod compatible), linens and towels, washer and dryer. Air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fans, and a living area opening onto balcony with beautiful beach and bay view. Approximately 150 square meters or 1,905 square feet. Maid service Monday and Thursday, twice per week, in this vacation rental unit.

This luxury Puerto Vallarta condominium can sleep six to eight (6-8) registered guests. The master bedroom oceanfront has king bed, private balcony and bathroom; guest bedroom beachfront with 2 double beds and bathroom with hallway access; second guest bedroom with double bed, private bath, no Bay view. Each bedroom is equipped with a keyed lock box that will accommodate passports and small valuables. No smoking or pets; children are not allowed in this vacation rental property.

Condo building includes 24 hour front reception desk and security, an elevator, a large common area heated swimming pool and terrace on the ground level. Registered guests must wear the wrist band or carry the photo ID which is part of the condo regulations. People not registered or staying in the rental unit will not be allowed to sit at the Playa Bonita beach palapas or use the pool.

Located just a short walk to the main South Side area and so a short walk or taxi to popular Old Town restaurants, shopping and the vibrant Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of clubs, lounges and lively Mexican cantinas and show bars.

Note: The Playa Bonita condo building is directly off the beach so normal beach noise and activity is to be expected. The building is located next door to the beachfront Blue Chairs gay hotel which offers rooftop entertainment in the evenings until approximately 10pm-11pm.

This condominium apartment requires a $300 refundable security deposit with the final payment, which is sent back to the client within approximately seven (7) days of departure.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $370 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $260 per night; Holidays, Dec 20-Jan 3, $380 per night.
