PB-404  Los Muertos beach Condo - Fourth floor ocean front/corner two bedroom condo near the southern end of Los Muertos beach. Beautifully upgraded. King bed in the ocean-front master and a queen in the back bedroom, two full baths, fully equipped kitchen with with cooktop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and dishwasher and bottled water. There is cable television in living room and master bedroom, DVD player, ceiling fans, air conditioning in bedrooms, iron and ironing board, and the property is very nicely appointed with marble and granite tiling in kitchen and baths, so the unit has a modern look.

Condo features: This nicely appointed condo has an ample wrap-around balcony off the living room area, with pleasant and spacious views of the beach and Banderas Bay. Condominium is approximately 1,200 square feet, has wireless internet, a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Maid service two (2) times per seven day rental, and additional service may be available for a fee of around 300 pesos. We ask you to please be kind enough to tip the maid, and a tip of 60-90 pesos per week/per person would be customary. No smoking inside the condo, outside only on the veranda. Children allowed. Smoking allowed only outside; pets are not permitted. Wheelchair access.

The Playa Bonita building has a large ocean-view common area heated pool and sundeck terrace on the main level, reception desk with English speaking staff, 24 hour security, and an elevator. Registered guests must wear the building-issued ID wristband while they are guests.

Condominium is located directly off the shore, so beach noise and activity assorted with waterfront property is present and to be expected. There also is a private beach area with palapas owned by the Playa Bonita Association for use by owners and their guests.

Short walk to all Old Town gay bars & clubs, restaurants and lively nightlife. Right near the Blue and Green chairs of the Vallarta gay beach. Building is next door to the beach-front Blue Chairs hotel which has rooftop entertainment and music until no later than 10pm-11pm.
