PB-203  Los Muertos beach Condo - Second floor ocean-front two bedroom Puerto Vallarta condominium. King bed in both master and guest bedrooms, two baths, fully equipped kitchen, nicely furnished, wireless internet. There is a safe in the master bedroom, flat screen cable TV with DVD, ipod/CD player station in living room, washer and dryer, air conditioning in bedrooms only, phone for local calls, ceiling fans, and a balcony with pleasant beach and Banderas Bay views. Recent upgrades include new bathrooms. Linens and towels are all brand new and continually upgraded for your convenience and comfort. A maximum of four (4) guests.

Condo building with a large heated dipping pool and sundeck terrace with ocean views, 24-hour reception desk and security, elevator. Fall asleep to the surf in the 203 Playa Bonita and wake with coffee and breakfast on the terrace overlooking the beautiful beach. Spend a sun-drenched day under the private palapas reserved exclusively for guests, or enjoy socializing next door at the Blue Chairs Resort or the newer Mantamar club down the street.

Condo amenities include refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, cook top, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, an iron and ironing board, linens and towels, purified water system, a BBQ grill (charcoal needed), and a convenient laundry room with washer and dryer. Approximately 1,200 square feet or 112 square meters. This is a non-smoking vacation rental. Children are permitted, no pets are allowed. Wheelchair access. Street parking. Waterfront. 

The Playa Bonita condominiums are located nearly directly behind the famed Blue Chairs of the gay beach, and it's just a short walk to the main South Side area for easy access to the energetic charm of the Romantic Zone with its sidewalk cafes, boutiques, fun people watching and the lively Vallarta gay nightlife of cantinas, bars and high-powered clubs. Take a stroll along Los Muertos beach pr through Old Town and cross the new pedestrian bridge to the the Malecon boardwalk, the historic Cathedral of Guadalupe, Los Arcos amphitheater and other downtown tourist attractions.

Cleaning Services: The maid services included, one (1) time per week, is based on a minimum rental of seven (7) days. In case your rental is less than this or requires additional services, the cost will be approx $25 USD per day. We ask you to please be kind enough to tip the maid.

Registered guests must wear the wrist band or have a photo ID which is part of the condo regulations. People not registered or staying in the rental unit will not be allowed to sit at the special Playa Bonita beach palapas or use the pool. The building is directly off the shore so normal beach noise and activity is to be expected, and is located across the small side-street from a gay hotel which has music and rooftop entertainment in the evenings until usually not later than 10pm-11pm.

Important Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% Value Added tax IVA and the 3% Hospitality tax, are not included in the rental rate noted below and have to be added to your total to complete your reservation once your dates are selected. For this Playa Bonita condo there is also a refundable security deposit of $225 USD due with the final payment which I hold for for my clients in case of damages and send back within a 7-10 days of departure. Client is responsible for any and all damages beyond normal wear and tear.

A 50% initial deposit is due within four to six (4-6) days of your confirmed reservation to hold your booking. The final payment/balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays when it is due at 65-70 days before arrival. Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 11am; please plan accordingly. You may wish to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in the unlikely event of a cancellation of your vacation

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $230 per night, except holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $135 per night; Holiday: Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, as well as Easter week, $315 per night.
