PB-702   Los Muertos Beach condo - Charming seventh floor Puerto Vallarta penthouse condominium on the south end of Los Muertos beach at the Playa Bonita behind the gay beach of the Blue and Green chairs. Three bedrooms with two kings and two twins (can be made into a king), three full en-suite baths each with shower and tub, fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, microwave, blender, toaster, refrigerator, dish washer, coffee maker and disposal, wireless internet, cable TV, telephone, CD and DVD player, Vonage for unlimited calls to the US and Canada, air conditioning in the three bedrooms, safe in unit, purified water system, iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, towels and linen. Long hallways buffer the 3 bedrooms from the main living area, and the condo's spaciousness enhanced by cathedral ceilings and an open floor plan.

Recently redecorated and renovated by the new owner and very pleasant. Unit with two balconies, one off the living room and the other off the master bedroom, both with fantastic views of Los Muertos beach and Banderas Bay. Two of the three bedrooms have ocean views. A staircase leads up to a private wading pool (unheated) and rooftop terrace exclusively for use by the clients. There is also a small loft space with double bed, which may accommodate 1-2 guest, usually suitable perhaps only for children (no a/c but floor fans, no door, no private bath).

This Playa Bonita penthouse condo with approximately 2,500 square feet or 232 sq. meters. No smoking inside, smoking allowed outside only, please; kids allowed. Maid service twice a week, usually Monday and Thursday; extra service may be provided for an additional fee. Eight (8) guests maximum allowed overnight in this Puerto Vallarta vacation rental. Wheelchair accessible.

The rooftop sundeck with plunge pool and chaise lounges is an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the stunning 360 degree views of the ocean, Sierra Madre mountains and Old Town. The rooftop terrace and sundeck is for the exclusive use of guests the Playa Bonita 702.

Condo building includes an elevator and 24-hour front reception desk and security. For the enjoyment of registered guests, there is a large common area heated swimming pool and sundeck terrace on the ground level located off the main lobby. Normal beach noise and activity assorted with waterfront property is to be expected. There also is a private beach area with palapas owned by the Playa Bonita Association for use by owners and their guests. Clients are required to wear the building-issued ID wristband while they are guests.

It's just a short walk to the main South Side area and so is close to many fine dining spots, relaxing coffee shops, stores and the vibrant gay nightlife of clubs, fun lounges and Mexican cantinas. Convenience stores are within a 2-4 minute walk, and a taxi stand is directly adjacent to the building. Please be advised concerning the proximity of this condo building which is next door to the Blue Chairs gay hotel, which offers rooftop entertainment in the evenings until approximately 10pm-11pm daily.

Note: There is a $300 USD refundable security deposit required to be sent with the final payment, which I hold for my clients in case of any breakage or damages beyond normal wear and tear, and then send back within 7-10 days of client's departure.

An initial 50% deposit is due within five to six (5-6) days to hold your booking. The final payment or balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holiday rentals which is due at 65-70 days before arrival. You may wish to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in the unlikely event of cancellation of your vacation.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 1, $395 per night, except for holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $295 per night; Holidays: Easter week, and Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $480 per night.
