MDA-704 - Los Muertos Beach Condo - This fully-furnished 3,180 square foot (295 sq. meters) luxury three bedroom condominium occupies part of the second tower on the 7th floor in the newest condominium on Los Muertos beach, approximately 200 feet from the ocean. Uniquely positioned directly on the beautiful sandy beach where the lush Cuale River pours into Banderas (Flags) Bay, the owner chose this particular unit within the Residences Molino de Agua for both its high-floor, unobstructed beach and town views, as well as its preferred overall layout and generous terraces.

A fantastic location in the heart Old Town/Zona Romantica and the high floor gives incomparable views of the ocean, the beach, the Malecon and the surrounding mountains. One bedroom with king bed, one bedroom with a queen, and the smaller bedroom with a double bed (this bedroom shares a bathroom across the hallway), as well as an extra queen size air mattress; three baths, central air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, satellite television, CD and DVD players, high speed wifi (wireless internet), telephone for local calls, large balcony deck, complete laundry room. Building with free assigned covered parking, 24 hour security, handicapped and wheelchair accessible (may have limitations).

The interior design was by Amanda Aguirre with many luxury amenities including high definition star satellite TV that can be enjoyed on a plasma TV. TVs in bedrooms, DVD players, iPod docks are all included.

This wonderful vacation rental has spacious living and dining room areas marvelously decorated, with great glass sliding doors that open to the wonderful terrace with a built in BBQ grill where you can sit and enjoy the views to the ocean and its surroundings. The open and modern kitchen has all the facilities and appliances you might need for a memorable and outstanding vacation.

Condo features: Balcony with gorgeous city and bay views, elevator, common area ground-level heated pool, parking, fully furnished, jacuzzi in the master bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, cook-top, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, blender, purified water system; washer and dryer, ceiling fans, satellite television, CD and DVD player, local telephone, BBQ grill, wireless internet, alarm clock, hair dryer, safe in unit, iron and ironing board, linens, towels. May sleep up to eight (8) guests with the aerobed. Smoking only outside please; pets not allowed. No events allowed. This property is kid friendly. Check in time for this property is 3pm and Check out time is 11am.

The Molino condominium complex offers an elevator to your door, parking, a gated entry, and a common area with a spacious heated infinity swimming pool and sundeck terrace with chaise lounges, wet bar area, beach chairs and table for the building guests. A riverside garden area and an elevated sandy beach with sunning area combine with easy walking access to all Vallarta attractions including shopping and fine dining spots, the Guadalupe cathedral, Los Arcos amphitheater, the Malecon boardwalk and more. The PV gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs is a short 10 minute stroll through the charming South Side or along Los Muertos beach.

Cleaning Services: The maid services included, one (1) time per week, is based on a rental of seven (7) days. Extra service may be available for an additional extra cost of approximately $25 per day. There is no service on Sunday or Mexican holidays. We ask you to please be kind enough to tip the maid.

Important Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% IVA and the 3% Hospitality tax, are not included in the rental rate noted below and have to be added to your total to complete your reservation once your dates are selected. For this Molino de Agua 704 condominium there is a $500 refundable security deposit due with the final payment which is held for clients in case of breakage or damages beyond normal wear and tear, and is sent back within a 7-10 days of departure. Client is responsible for any and all damages beyond normal wear and tear.

A 50% initial deposit is due within four to six (4-6) days of your confirmed reservation to hold your booking. The final payment or balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays when it is due at 65-70 days before arrival. Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 11am, so please plan accordingly. You may wish to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in the unlikely event of cancellation of your vacation.

Condominium rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, except for Easter week, $655 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $530.00 per night; Easter week: $655 per night. Christmas and New Years weeks: Dec 20-Jan 3, $825 per night.
