MDA-PH9 - Los Muertos Beach Penthouse Condo - This recently redecorated and stunning three bedroom, 3.5 bath ocean-side 11th floor Puerto Vallarta condominium on two levels offers a master bedroom on the first floor and a master bedroom on the second floor, with one king size guest bedroom with balcony all ensuite, with approximately 4,449 square feet (413 sq. meters) of living space. The Molino de Agua penthouse 9 is located right in the heart of the the Romantic Zone facing the famed and lovely Banderas (Flags) Bay and along the side of the Cuale River as it flow into the sea.

With balconies from every bedroom and the living area, this plush tropical condo vacation rental is a new construction with professional decor and furnishings. You can be among those who enjoy barefoot luxury on the South Side, just steps to local shopping, sandy beaches, world-class dining and the great gay nightlife. There are commanding views of the Bay of Banderas, the Cuale River, Sierra Madre Mountains and Vallarta city lights.

Combining affluence with nature, Penthouse #9 offers an elevator right to your door, a private dipping pool outside on the 2nd floor terrace and adjacent to the master bedroom with its king bed with large bathroom featuring large whirlpool garden tub and a spacious walk-in closet. The second master bedroom on the main level features a king bed, bathroom with whirlpool tub and its walk-in closet. Guest bedroom #3 has a king size bed as well and bath with shower. The main floor living area also has fourth bathroom/powder room. This lovely and comfortable gay-owned condo can sleep up to six (6) registered guests maximum, adults preferred.

Condo features: Three bedrooms each with king bed and private bath, 3.5 baths, balconies with splendid tropical city, Bay, beach and Sierra Madre mountain views. Fully furnished with a modern and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, gas oven, toaster and oven, a washer and dryer, a purified water system, DVD player, ceiling fans throughout, iPod docking units, flat screen cable television in living room and all bedrooms, video library, outdoor gas BBQ grill on terrace, telephone with free unlimited local, central air conditioning with each room separately controlled, safe in unit, linens, towels, iron and ironing board. Covered parking is available but needs to be requested. Fiber wifi internet, 250+ Mbps (good for 3–5 people or up to 10 devices). Dining with seating for up to eight (8) people. Maid service may be up to six (6) times per week, except for Sundays and Mexican holidays. Wheelchair and handicapped accessible (may have limitations). Long term renters are welcome.

The Molino condominium property offers an elevator to your door, parking, a gated ingress and egress entry, and a common area with a huge beachfront swimming pool and sundeck terrace with chaise lounges, wet bar area, beach chairs and table for the building guests.

A riverside garden area and an elevated sandy beach with a large sunning area combine with easy walking access to all of Vallarta attractions including art galleries and the art-walk, world-class dining, Our Lady of Guadalupe cathedral, Los Arcos amphitheater and the newly renovated and expanded downtown malecon. The Blue and Green Chairs of the Puerto Vallarta gay beach are a short 10-12 minute stroll through the charming Old Town or along Los Muertos, and all gay bars and night-clubs such as popular Mr. Flamingo, CC Slaughters and Paco's Ranch are within an even shorter distance as well.

PH-9 is privately owned hence student groups, bachelor parties, packaging general public groups or the like are not accepted. A minimum seven (7) day rental now required year round. Principal guest must be over 21 years old to rent. Only children over 11 years old, adults are preferred. Smoking allowed only on outside terrace. No events. Pets are not allowed.

Check in for this unit is at 4pm and check out is by 12 noon.

Note: During the winter months and for the holidays there is an extra charge for heating the private pool of $175 USD per week. Please note that it is optional to heat the pool.   

Note: This Molino penthouse condo requires a refundable $750 USD security deposit which I hold for my clients in case of damages and send back within 7-10 days of departure. Clients will be responsible for any and all damage to this rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

A 50% initial deposit is due within five to six (5-6) days to hold your booking. Final payment/balance due due at 35-40 days before arrival, except for holidays due at 65-70 days before arrival. Client may wish to consider taking out travel insurance to protect yourself in the unlikely event of a cancellation or an unforeseen event. If any of the key cards and/or key sets are lost or not returned, funds will be used from the security deposit for the replacement of the key set at $100.00 per set.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 18 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $655 per night, except for holiday weeks; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $500 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 19-Jan 3, $850 per night. Important Note: The applicable 16% IVA taxes must be added to the rental price at the time of reservation. All prices are in US dollars per night based on double occupancy.
