MDA-703 - Los Muertos Beach Condo - Discovery Vallarta presents this luxurious and tastefully decorated 7th floor condominium for rent that features three bedrooms, three baths in a privileged and perfect location in Puerto Vallarta at the Residencies Molino De Agua in the Romantic Zone, an idyllic combination of Old Town convenience and ocean front elegance. Exquisite views await you in this lovely vacation rental which has a total of 3,020 square feet or 281 square meters.

Among the condo amenities, this luxury vacation rental is reached by semi-private elevator that serves only two units per floor. You will sleep cradled on luxurious bed toppers and pillows, topped mattresses and between superb linens. Snuggle on one of two king beds or a queen bed.

The gourmet kitchen features slab granite counters, stainless steel appliances including convection oven, garbage disposal, toater, coffee maker, blender, gas range, microwave, and refrigerator. A gas BBQ on the balcony-terrace is built-in with a marble countertop and wet bar. Vonage telephone service for free calls to the US and Canada are a pleasant, useful convenience and a local telephone connects you with local restaurants or taxis.

Condominium features: Two master bedrooms each with king bed and private bath, 3rd guest bedroom with queen bed and its bathroom across the hall. Balcony with splendid city and Banderas Bay views, cable television, high speed wireless internet, CD and DVD player, ceiling fans, cable TV and full air conditioning with separate controls in every room, marble floors throughout the home, washer and dryer, safe in unit, hair dryer, alarm clock, iron and ironing board, linen and towels, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen.

The 703 Molino de Agua is a non-smoking unit; children are allowed. Pets are not allowed. Sleeps up to 6 (six) guest maximum.

The Molino de Agua condominium complex offers parking, a gated entry, and a common grounds area with a spacious heated infinity swimming pool and sun deck terrace with chaise lounges, wet bar area, beach chairs and table for guests. A river-side garden area and an elevated sandy beach with sunning area combine with easy walking access to all Puerto Vallarta attractions including shopping and art galleries, the gay clubs and bars, the Guadalupe cathedral, Los Arcos amphitheater, the downtown and Malecon and more local things to see and do. The gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs is a short 10-11 minute stroll through the charming Romantic Zone or along Los Muertos beach.

Cleaning Services: The maid services included, one (1) time per week, is based on a minimum rental of seven (7) days. In case your rental is less than this or requires additional services, the cost will be approx $25 USD per day. There is no service on Sunday or Mexican holidays. We ask you to please be kind enough to tip the maid.

Important Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% IVA, are not included in the rental rate noted below and have to be added to your total to complete your reservation once your dates are selected. For this Molino de Agua 703 condominium there is a $500 refundable security deposit due with the final payment which is held for clients in case of breakage or damages beyond normal wear and tear, and is sent back within a 7-10 days of departure. Client is responsible for any and all damages beyond normal wear and tear.

A 50% initial deposit is due within four to six (4-6) days of your confirmed reservation to hold your booking. The final payment or balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays when it is due at 65-70 days before arrival. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am; please plan accordingly. You may wish to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in the unlikely event of cancellation of your vacation.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $587 per night, except holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $475 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, $742 per night. Note: Applicable taxes, the 16% IVA, have to be added to your total amount to complete your reservation  There is a six (6) night minimum for the summer and winter months, but for the Holiday weeks it is seven (7) nights.
