MDA-601 - Los Muertos Beach Condo - Located in the luxurious and prestigious Molino de Agua complex in Old Town Vallarta, just at the river mouth of the historical Rio Cuale. This magnificent and tastefully decorated three bedroom, three bath, luxury beachfront Puerto Vallarta vacation rental accommodates up to six (6) guests maximum, and it occupies the whole beachfront sixth floor on Tower #1, with its gorgeous panoramic views of the Puerto Vallarta downtown, Banderas (Flags) Bay and Los Muertos beach. This lovely vacation condo for rent has a total of approximately 3,680 square feet or 342 square meters.

Condominium features: Bedrooms each with king bed and private bath, balcony with city and bay views, DVD players in all bedrooms and Blu Ray in the living room, high speed wireless internet, three plasma high definition televisions (2 of which are in the bedrooms and the other TV is in the living room), Bose and Sony Bluetooth speakers located in all bedrooms and main living room - easy and simple instructions to stream music from mobile device to Bluetooth speakers, modern custom designed furniture, telephone with free local calls as well as free US and Canada phone calls, individual room controlled air conditioning, washer and dryer, safe in unit, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and bottled water. Cable TV provided by Telecable, which includes several U.S. stations - Roku device in living room permits access to Netflix, Hulu, Pandora and many other streaming services. Maid service three times per week (additional service may be available for extra; no service on Sundays or Mexican holidays). Kid friendly. A non-smoking unit; pets are not allowed; no events allowed. Year round minimum of seven (7) nights stay. Refundable security deposit of $750 due with final payment.

Among the condo amenities, this luxury vacation rental is reached by semi-private elevator that serves only two units per floor. The living space, with marble floors throughout, is designed with a large living-dining area and open-concept kitchen. Floor to ceiling sliding glass windows are the hallmark of this living space and provide the stunning views that will remain etched in your mind. The glass windows retract almost fully, providing an open-air feeling to the condo. Leading off of the dining room, a hallway takes you to the 2 guest bedrooms and 1 master bedroom. Each bedroom has sliding glass doors that open directly to the balcony overlooking Los Muertos beach, providing stunning 180 degree views. Bedrooms are appointed with king beds and have en suite bathrooms to ensure the ultimate privacy from other guests. The master bedroom additionally has a large glass shower and two-person jacuzzi bathtub with window views to the beach.

The Residencias Molino condominium complex offers parking, a gated entry, and a common grounds area with a spacious heated infinity swimming pool and sun deck terrace with chaise lounges, wet bar area, beach chairs and table for guests. A river-side garden area and an elevated sandy beach with sunning area combine with easy walking access to all Puerto Vallarta attractions including fun shopping and fine art galleries, the lively and diverse gay clubs and bars, the Guadalupe cathedral, Los Arcos amphitheater, the downtown & malecon and more local things to see and do. The Vallarta gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs is a short 10-11 minute stroll through the charming Romantic Zone or along Los Muertos beach.

Note: During the winter high season, November 1-April 31, all rentals must start/end on a Saturday. Check in after 3pm; check out before 11am.

Note: For this Molino de Agua 601 condo, there is a refundable security deposit of $750 due with the final payment which is held for clients in case of damages and sent back within a 7-10 days of departure. A 50% deposit is due within five to seven (5-7) days of your confirmed reservation to hold your booking. The final payment/balance is due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for holidays when it's due at 65-70 days before arrival.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 17 and Jan 2-Apr 30, $645 per night, except holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $445 per night; Thanksgiving week, $745 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 18-Jan 1, $795 per night. As with many Molino units there is a seven (7) night minimum.
