Condo building with staff of fifteen, elevator, large common area heated rooftop pool and terrace sundeck area with terrific panoramic views of Puerto Vallarta and Banderas (Flags) Bay, 24 hour reception desk and security, and one of Puerto Vallarta's most popular beachfront restaurants. Mservice six (6) days per week, except for Sunday and Mexican holidays. The La Palapa condos are centrally located so it is a pleasant walk or taxi to all the interesting South Side sidewalk coffee shops, fine dining spots and stores, as well as a vibrant gay nightlife of clubs, cantinas, martini and show bars 

A short two blocks to the the well-known gay beach at the Blue and Green Chairs. Stroll along lovely sandy Los Muertos beach and then cross the popular pedestrian bridge to the Malecon boardwalk of the el Centro downtown area to enjoy its lively shopping, night clubs, public artwork and performers, as well as other pleasant tourist attractions.

Note: It's possible that there might be some noise due to renovations in some units in the LP building during the summer months from approximately May 15-Oct 15.
