Two bedrooms with king and king/two singles, two marble baths, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, spices and condiments, three cable televisions, full air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room area, ceiling fans, balcony with beautiful ocean and beach view, nicely decorated with a warm ambiance.

Guests will also enjoy such extras as hand woven rugs, designer fabrics, some original art work, a large library of hardback and paperback books, beach towels, bath gel, shampoo, hair dryers, alarm clocks, and a notebook with the owners' recommendations for dining and activities. Two stereos, puzzles and games further compliment the fine accommodations of this oceanfront vacation rental. Maid service six days a week (except on Sunday and Mexican holidays). Smoking on the balcony only, please. Recently remodeled and refurnished. No children under 15 or pets allowed. Maximum four (4) guests.

Condo building with staff of fifteen, large common rooftop pool, terrace sundeck area and shaded pavilion, with the best panoramic views of the town and Banderas Bay, 24 hour reception desk and security, elevator, and one of Puerto Vallarta's loveliest and most popular beachfront restaurants. The La Palapa condos are centrally located so it's a short walk to all South Side shopping, dining, coffee shops and the vibrant gay nightlife of clubs, cantinas, martini and show bars. A quick 2-3 minute stroll to the Blue Chairs of the world famous Vallarta gay beach.

Note: It's possible that there might be some noise due to renovations in some units in the LP building during the summer months from approximately May 15-Oct 15.
