LP-702  Los Muertos beach Condo - Seventh floor penthouse ocean front/center Puerto Vallarta condo. Two bedrooms, the master with a king bed and the guest bedroom with queen bed, each with separate bath.

Recently remodeled and redecorated in modern style with marble bathrooms (sinks/cabinets/showers) and granite kitchen (new cabinets/marble countertops/appliances), rich colors and artwork, balcony with a lovely view of the whole Banderas Bay and beach, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster and coffee maker, flat screen cable television in living area, CD player, wireless internet, hair dryer, ceiling fans in all rooms, high quality linens and towels are provided. New multi-split a/c units have all rooms individually air conditioned, but with the plentiful ocean breezes and ceiling fans it's always comfortable here.

Certainly one of the nicer condos in the building. Smoking not allowed inside, outside on balcony only please; children are ok; no pets permitted. Approximately 1,200 square feet or 111 sq. meters. Sleeps four (4) guests maximum. Owners request a $2-3 gratuity tip per day per person to the maid. Great location and views.

Condo building with elevator, staff of fifteen people, maid service six (6) days per week (except for Sunday and Mexican holidays), a large common area rooftop pool and terrace sundeck area with panoramic views of the town and Banderas Bay, 24 hour reception desk and security, and one of Vallarta's most popular beachfront restaurants. La Palapa condos are very centrally located so it's a short walk or taxi to all South Side relaxing sidewalk cafes, fine restaurants and stores, lively gay nightlife of cantinas, clubs, fun martini and show bars.

A short two blocks to the the well known gay beach at the Blue chairs. Stroll along lovely sandy Los Muertos beach and then cross the popular pedestrian bridge to the Malecon boardwalk of the el Centro downtown area to enjoy its lively activities, shopping, clubs, public artwork and performers, as well as other pleasant tourist attractions.

It's possible that you might experience some noise due to any renovations in some units in the La Palapa building during the summer months from approximately May 1-Oct 31.

Note: Initial payment of 50% deposit is due within five-six (5-6) days of the reservation to hold this property. Final payment is always due at 65-70 days before arrival. There is a $200 refundable security deposit which I hold my clients in case of breakage or damages, and then send back within 7-10 days of your departure.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $430 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $250 per night. Three (3) nights minimum year round. (Prices as of September 2016 and include taxes.
