LP-603  Los Muertos beach Condo - Sixth floor ocean-front center condo. Two bedrooms with king bed in master and two twins in guest bedroom (can be made into a king bed), each with bath, a living and dining area, beautifully decorated, fully equipped kitchen, cable television in the living room only, DVD/CD player, air conditioning in bedrooms only, Bluetooth speaker, wireless internet, ceiling fans and the terrace-balcony with a wonderful view of the whole beach, Banderas Bay and the Sierra Madre mountains that ring the Bay. A favorite for its fine decoration and warm ambiance. Approximately 1,200 square feet.

Condominium building with staff of 15, elevator, maid service, maid service six days per week (except Sunday and Mexican holidays), large common heated rooftop pool and terrace sundeck area with panoramic views of Vallarta and Banderas Bay, 24 hour reception desk and security, and one of Vallarta's most popular beachfront restaurants. Owners request a $3-4 gratuity tip per day per guest to the maid.

La Palapa condos are very centrally located so it's a short walk or taxi to all Romantic zone-South Side sidewalk cafes, fine dining spots and stores, lively Vallarta gay nightlife. A short two blocks to the the well known Blue and Green Chairs, and new Sapphire Club of the fantastic gay beach area. Stroll along Los Muertos and then cross the popular pedestrian bridge over the Cuale River to the Malecon boardwalk of the downtown Puerto Vallarta el Centro area with its straight nightlife and lively art gallery scene.

Note: It is possible that there might be some noise due to renovations in some apartment units in the La Palapa building during the summer months from approximately May 1-Oct 30.

Owner usually prefers to rent from Saturday to Saturday during much of the season. Please inquire about details. Also note that clients would need to add 300 pesos (approx $16 USD) for additional maid service if they have a Sunday arrival or departure, as Sunday is the maid's one day off.

A 50% initial deposit is due within four to six (4-6) days to hold your reservation; and the final payment/balance for this La Palapa 603 condo is due at 35-40 days before arrival. Client is responsible for any and all damages beyond normal wear and tear and must pay for that before leaving the residence.

Condominium Rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, except for holidays, $310 per night; Mid-season I: May 1-Jun 30, $225 per night; Summer: Jul 1-Sept 30, $195 per night; Mid-season II: October 1-31, $225 per night; Holidays: Christmas and New Year weeks, Dec 18-Jan 1, $340 per night. There is a seven (7) night minimum during the year, but the owner is generally flexible during the off-season months. (Fares as of Jan 2023 in US dollars and include Mexican taxes.
