LP-604  Los Muertos beach Condo - Sixth floor ocean front/corner condo. Two bedrooms, each with king bed and bath with toilet and shower; the Master bedroom offering panoramic views of Banderas Bay plus a full bathroom ensuite. Both bathrooms are large, spotlessly clean and classically Mexican in design. Very nicely decorated, cable television in living room, ceiling fans, fully air conditioned, wireless internet, high quality linens and towels provided, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, living and dining area opening onto large wrap around balcony with beautiful views.

Recently remodeled and redecorated in modern style with marble bathrooms (sinks/cabinets/showers) and granite kitchen (new cabinets/marble countertops/appliances), rich colors and artwork, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, flat screen cable TV in living area, wireless internet throughout, ceiling fans in all rooms. New multi-split a/c units have all rooms individually air conditioned, but with the plentiful ocean breezes and ceiling fans it's always comfortable here. A landline telephone is available for your use, but only for local calls and to reach the front desk reception and housekeeper.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, dining in or entertaining friends and family, with an indoor dining table that seats six, plus a patio/outdoor table seating for at least six as well.

The wonderful wrap-around balcony of the La Palapa 604 corner unit has stunning views of the entire Banderas Bay and Los Muertos beach area. Sleeps up to four (4) guests maximum. Children allowed; no pets are not allowed. Since early 2022, all the La Palapa units are non-smoking, and that includes the balcony as well as the rooftop pool and terrace areas. I would suggest a $4-6 gratuity tip per day per person to the friendly maid, and please give that to her directly if possible.

Condo building with staff of fifteen, large communal heated rooftop pool and terrace sundeck area with panoramic views of Vallarta and Banderas Bay, 24-hour reception desk and security, elevator, maid service six (6) days per week (except for Sunday and Mexican holidays), and one of the town's most popular beachfront restaurants. La Palapa condos are quite centrally located so it's a short walk or taxi to all South Side relaxing sidewalk cafes, stores, fine dining spots and the lively Vallarta gay nightclubs, bars and Mexican cantinas. A short two blocks to the the well-known gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs. Stroll along Los Muertos beach and then cross the popular new pedestrian bridge to the town's Malecon boardwalk and downtown.

A 50% initial deposit is due within four to six (4-6) days of your confirmed reservation to hold your booking. The final payment for this particular property is due at 65-70 days before arrival. Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 12 Noon, so please plan accordingly. You may wish to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in the unlikely event of cancellation of your vacation.

Note: There is a $250 refundable security deposit which I hold for my clients in case of damages, and then send back within 7-10 days of departure.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $480 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $270 per night. Note: Final payment on this rental unit is due at 65-70 days before arrival.
