LP-401  Los Muertos beach Condo - Fourth floor ocean-front condo in the most popular condominium building on Los Muertos beach, with 46 units. Two bedrooms, master with a king bed and the other with king or split as two singles, two baths (the master bath has a tub/shower), living and dining area with balcony with a wonderful view of the whole beach and Banderas Bay, fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, toaster oven, refrigerator, blender, bottled water, purified water system, cable television in the living room with DVD player, wireless internet, CD music player, air conditioning in bedrooms only, iron and ironing board, ceiling fans, telephone for local calls.

Approximately 1,200 square feet or 100 square meters. Owners request a tip of $2-3 per day per guest to the maid, please remember to be generous. Kids are allowed, smoking ok, pets are not permitted. This vacation rental sleeps four (4) guests maximum.

Condominium building with staff of 15, maid service six days per week (except Sunday and Mexican holidays), large common area rooftop pool and terrace sundeck area with panoramic views of the town and Banderas Bay, 24 hour reception desk and security, elevator, and one of Vallarta's more popular beachfront restaurants. Street parking. Note: There may be some low to moderate noise due to renovations in some units in the La Palapa building from approximately May through October.

           

La Palapa condos are very centrally located in Old Town so it's a short walk or quick taxi to all South Side sidewalk coffee shops and fine restaurants and the exciting Vallarta gay nightlife of clubs, bars and Mexican cantinas. Stroll along famed Los Muertos beach and then cross the popular pedestrian bridge to the Malecon boardwalk of the el Centro downtown area. A short 2 blocks to the the well-known Vallarta gay beach at the world-renowned Blue and Green chairs.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Mar 31, $245 per night, including Christmas ad New Years holiday weeks; Summer: Apr 1-Oct 31, $190 per night.
